absolutely so disappointing. How hard is it to follow directions? Directions you are TRAINED to FOLLOW? Every time I want a grilled cheese burrito this thing is done up with all nasty ingredients. Not a grilled cheese burrito…. They aren’t $3 they are $6-7. To have every single one wrong from this location is absurd! Do better.

Very busy at drive thru even though I did mobile order. Employee Armani was amazing! She apologized for the delay and offer us a free drink for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service! Food was good too! Didn't skimp on the portion.

This has to be THE WORST Taco Bell in the nation! Second time I've ordered a Discovery Luxe Box, and AGAIN forgot the steak burritos.

Get some employees with half a brain, PLEASE.

Honestly I don’t really write reviews especially bad ones because I work in customer service and give the benefit of the doubt to the workers but my experience at this Taco Bell the other day needs to be stated. I pulled up to the order window and asked for my order and specified that I did not want a drink. After sitting in line for roughly twenty minutes, the woman at the window listed order and stated that it had i drink on it. I let her know that I didn’t want the drink and had specified that at the window. She then told me that I had to take the drink with it and I asked her if she could just alter it so I only get the two food items and she agreed. After even longer waiting for my food, she hands me everything and a large Pepsi, she stated that I had to take it. It was fairly late so I just took it and was dismissed off. She then stops me and lets me know her card reader didn’t read my card right so I needed to run it again, so I stopped and tried again, was told it went through and was dismissed again. I was then stopped a second time just to be handed a receipt. This experience was extremely irritating because I was forced into getting a drink after specifying many times I didn’t want one, I didn’t even get an option in the drink I was forced to get but was then stopped two times because of the workers negligence.

I have tried a few Taco Bells all over Colorado from Thornton to Grand Lake Co, Fort Collins Co. This Taco Bell is by far the better one for food quality.

The wait was ridiculously long. It's that way consistently... Almost always. That's why we usually avoid this Taco Bell. They seem to only be able to process one order at a time. That's unacceptable. Multi-task! Park cars that have big order or issues. Be able to process AT LEAST 2 orders at a time. And you should work on hiring more staff to accomplish this.

Ordered one 5 piece nugget meal and one 10 piece and this what I received!?!? The fries half full, nuggets under cooked. This location can never get it together.

Do not come to this restaurant. The worst night shift I've ever seen at a restaurant. Line of cars to the street and they are taking one car at a time. I thought maybe it was because of staffing, and it was. Not because they weren't scheduled enough people, but because 3 of the teenagers were outside talking on their phones, hat side ways, and smoking. I asked for a manager and I immediately knew why it was they way it was. He came to the window and said "WHAT". I guess I was inconveniencing him, even though are literally they taking one order at a time.

FYI... They close early and turned off the lights before their posted hours. I feel sorry for the owner of this restaurant. If he or she sees this... you're losing money buddy! I'm sure I'm not the only one not going back! I saw 7 cars drive off just because of the wait time. Then factor in the slow rude service.

This is possibly the slowest taco bell in all of Colorado. Even if you are the only car, you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru.

The cashier was great but I asked for soft instead of hard tacos at the window and I think the cooks took it upon their self's to just give me two regular beef tacos instead of the cantina chicken tacos I ordered so makes sense why there's only 2.4 stars, this location use to be so good and now it's gone completely downhill

This place has consistently disappointed me every single time. Tonight is the night I decided to stop eating at these fast food places. The orders are ALWAYS wrong. These kids working do not give a shit and clearly the owners don’t give a shit either. They should really close the 120th one.

It was good for being a taco bell. Still made me run to the restroom like all the others, but at least I didn't wait 2 hours in drive through so that's good. Wasn't terrible, but common people it's fast food..
