Closest Taco Bell near my home, but I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes because this place flat out sucks Always missing something or getting cold food or getting two sauce packets and let’s not forget the drive-through people always have attitude about everything this place needs new management or something

The wist was very long and it was a cold night but our cashier Jonathan Estrada had excellent customer service and even though he was being yelled at and beraded by Chrissy, a coworker he served us with a smile and kindly corrected a mistake in our order. Our less than perfect experience was ultimately turned around by Jonathan. My five stars go to him!

The only thing decent was the customer service. The food was horrendous. I went to go buy a bunch of food and when we got home, the food was cold, raw, barely wrapped and not even cooked all the way through. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted. I worked plenty of fast food growing up as a teenager so I’m extremely lenient and understanding, but this past the lineI’m never eating here again and I recommend nobody else does too.

The food was good but they got my order wrong. They gave me the wrong burrito and the burrito which was supreme didn't even have any sour cream in it neither. Kinda killed the vibe for me tbh, but Taco Bell always be bussing otherwise. The nacho fries and baja blast will never miss

It’s was the graveyard shift. Those men were absolutely on point. I didn’t have to wait forever considering the time I was getting my food ( 2AM). My food was fresh and Nicely made. Great crew y’all got!

Worst taco bell in town. Go to the 136th and colorado one instead. They always get my order wrong and that line is 10 cars long all the time.
Service was quick and great but the food I ordered was not what I asked for. Just go to the one on 136th and Colorado where they actually listen to what you order.

I have know idea why the management not hiring employees at always lobby closed at the evening drive thru is super busy the employees are to slow and so rude the company paid for you to talks care the customer you guys need to be trained well

Me and my man was waiting in the drive through at 2:30am. There was a long line when we got there in the drive through and then these two drunk people were walking and stood in the drive through and the taco bell worker said to wait one moment and we said okay and the Taco Bell worker helped the drunk people and then just didn’t ever answer us back we waited in the drive through for 32 minutes..
