Got some Taco Bell for dinner and got food poisoning from it. Been in pain and throwing up for days! I can not eat or drink anything without throwing up, also didn’t have any instance and had to go to the ER. Gave the manager a call, but she wasn’t there and the staff said they would give me a call back and I was going to give them a chance to make it right, or at least aware that their food was contaminated but they didn’t care to reach out

Update Feb 26, 2026: ventured back here for breakfast and our burrito and crunch wrap were well portioned, plus the lady at the drive thru window was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Staff changes have made a difference, and I appreciate it

April 2025: This past week I cups less than half full of cheese, and just got a black bean chalupa that literally has a dozen beans on it. (See photo if it posted)

Staff are nice, but they’re consistently shorting me on food. But all Colorado taco bell locations have consistently been the worst run locations based on the states I’ve lived in and visited

Last night. I decided I was gonna try Taco Bell again on the way home, I was hungry and starving. Time was about 8:15 on Saturday. The person in front of me had already ordered and I was just waiting at the counter.
Nobody even acknowledged me, I stood there for five minutes, and I finally walked out and said forget it, I guess Taco Bell and I are just not meant for each other. If someone would have at least acknowledged me, I would’ve hung out and waited, but nobody even noticed I was standing there, and it was not that busy.

That is some really bad service!

Taco Bell is like my guilty pleasure. This location is the closest to me, but unfortunately it’s a huge hit or miss.

Tried Taco Bell breakfast for the first time a few weeks ago and was greatly disappointed in the portion size. Actually, I don’t think the person who made it knew how it was supposed to look. Refer to my picture of a breakfast burrito I got with almost nothing inside. Tried a different location later and the burrito actually looks correct and is full.

Today, I waited 30 mins for an app order I made. Went through the drive thru only to be told to park in front and wait for the order. Turns out the WHOLE parking lot was full of people waiting for their order. What’s going on?? They have one guy running food out, not know what car he’s even looking for. All the while high school kids are running in and out of the restaurant having fun with the workers who are actually their friends! Is that why service is so slow?? Watched customers try to park and walk in to order, only for them to come right back out and drive away. I guess they were being told the wait for food would be over 30 minutes. Ridiculous! Whoever was the MOD on 2/5/26 was not doing their job.

I'm not one who typically leaves scathing reviews... until now. This is my neighborhood Bell and I usually order through the app. This last Tuesday I made a standard order through the app. It took 52 minutes to complete the order! Others were marooned inside the store too! Nobody in the drive through waited anything close to this long. I advise anybody to skip the app, and drive through order. Truely terrible.

The lady at the drive through was quite rude to start off with. My friend was ordering a steak quesorito for me and she gave us a quesadilla. Now I understand it’s a simple mistake, but she then didn’t read back my order so I wasn’t able to correct her either. I didn’t think to check the bag because usually they do well. And after all that I come to find that the quesadilla wasn’t even cut.

Disappointed they are under the assumption everyone who comes in has previously ordered. If you have a cash register, someone should be there to place orders! Some people still appreciate good ol' customer service.

Tortilla stale I had to repeat what I wanted to order several times through the drive-through asked for extra red sauce on my burrito. They didn’t put any in there and they charge me for it. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.!
