Tortilla stale I had to repeat what I wanted to order several times through the drive-through asked for extra red sauce on my burrito. They didn’t put any in there and they charge me for it. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.!

me and my girlfriend went to this taco bell to get some late night grub, and emily was our server tonight and made sure everything was good for us. i’m not going to lie, EMILY NEEDS A RAISE FOR HOW SHE TREATED US TONIGHT.

$2.99 extra for what??? It's not even half of full of fries, neither is the cheese sauce. Nice job on the crunch wrap, had to tear the package open because it was stuck. Better service and food at other locations, will avoid this one in the future.

Never order a grilled cheese burrito here they'll heat it up for 5 seconds and call it good. The cheese on mine recently was unmelted and the contents were colder than the frozen meat in my freezer

Terrible service. Tried ordering via the app and the app was having payment processing issues. No problem, I went inside to see what can be done. First person said they were new and couldn't help and then second person had no idea either and couldn't offer anything to rectify the issue. I just gave up and canceled my order. Ruined my appetite for fast food.
