On everything I love this is the worst excuse of a Taco Bell I have ever encountered. I work over here and love Taco Bell and I have tried to get food here a handful of times and EVERY TIME it has been the same miserable lady telling me they can’t serve me for whatever reason. I haven’t been served once because they always have some sort of problem. She’s extremely rude about it, and if the food is anything on par with the service it would be horrendous, probably borderline inedible. Do not even try to order from this Taco Bell. Save your money and your sanity.

This Taco Bell is very clean and the team here is super nice. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The drive-thru is fast and hot every time. Definitely stop by here if you want good service and good food!

This is to the owner, manager, workers and anyone looking for a great Taco Bell. I have been to many and this is the best. They take great care in what they serve to us. Consistently fresh, ample servings and the nicest people work there. Everything is placed nicely in the wrapper and the bag and they give napkins without having to ask for them. The staff look clean and well groomed and the restaurant itself and the surrounding area is clean and well kept. They are the best. This is the only one I go to. I boycotted Taco Bell for a long time because of too many issues. Happy I found this one because I love their food! Thank you!

Let me set the scene. Christmas Eve, 5:40 pm, closing at 6:00 (possibly). This guy (me) walks in with a hand written list of 26 items.
Carlos offered a very genuine smile and set to the task of reading the list and entering the order. Carlos asked questions and helped me make sense of my own handwriting. After getting the order entered he then went and helped Angel and Yara make the food they had it all out in less than 10 minutes. When it was all complete and on the counter Carlos went through the list again and verified that it was all in the bags.
When I thanked him for all his help, he removed his glove and reached out to shake my hand beaming with pride.
Not the most efficient service but the food was fine

Though no fault of their own, this Taco Bell is right behind a car wash. Everytime a car goes through the car wash, you can't hear anything in the drive thru. I haven't been inside yet to know how loud it is in there. Food and service are good though.
They don’t know the difference between a regular taco and a taco supreme. This is the third time in a row that I’ve been to this location where I’ve ordered regular crunchy tacos and they’ve made taco supreme. I even specified this time that I wanted REGULAR.

I don't understand how hard it is to greet your patrons, like you literally work in customer service .. I should not have to stand at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for one of the 3 employees to say something to me, only to be met with attitude. Horrible customer service.
