If I could give ZERO I would. I got one of their burritos and specifically asked NO TOMATOES as my husband is allergic to them. Well I get home and not only was the rice and meet stale/ old their was tomatoes in them!!! After going into the ER I return the following day to express my frustrations. Well well well I had recognized cashiers voice off the bat so when we pulled to the window she claimed she remembered the order and that I didn’t ask for no tomatoes (BULLSH!!t what happened to the customer always being right?) so low and behold I have my receipt (DUH! I’m not going to waste my time and be a Karen for no damn reason you could’ve killed my husband!) so of course on the receipt NO TOMATOES. Okay so after that? NO RESOLUTION I asked if we could just have a refund after that and NOPEEE supposedly the supervisor only comes in once a month and they have no authorization whatsoever to help take care of THEIR mistake . OKAY so what happens when someone has an issue or don’t get their correct order? Nothing? It makes no sense to trust disgusting irresponsible people to make your food let alone run a fast food place. Been here my whole life and me nor any of my family or friends will ever spend another 1$ on a dump like this.

This taco johns doesn't wash hands or wear gloves. Nor do they give refunds when you see the cashier handle money then proceed to make your food. Sandra and Joel you need to do better.

Visited Thursday night 01/11/24 Thornton, COStaff were not wearing gloves after handling money and then preparing food.Establishment also would not refund money. Joel yelled at female trying to get the refund for food they did not get or take because staff would put on gloves to prepare food.

Did the drive-thru here and got the potato-oles with nacho cheese dip. The portion was burgeoning and the service was friendly. Food got out fast and hot.For a fast food stop it's pretty good.Blessings to all... ?

I went in ordered $42.50 worth of food. Told them no sauce on my burritos. And ordered nachos. They messed up my whole order. I went right back. And they wouldn't fix me order! The manager was not there was told to come back 2 days later. They WOULD not fix my foodWe had to throw all the food in the trash.I went back Sunday and still no one can help me. Shame on you taco John's. You really let me down...$42.50 don't let them mess up your order they won't fix it...

Grab an order of tots and a side of nacho cheese. Mix the nacho cheese with a salsa pack or two. Stir with one of your tots. Eat. Thank me after.
