Always on the lookout for great street tacos in the Denver metro and these hit every mark. The meat I got (carnitas and barbacoa) was tender and juicy, the salsa verde was fantastic, and something about the way they shave the raw onion works perfectly. $12 for 4 tacos which is a fair price in my opinion as well. Definitely top 5 that I’ve had, highly recommend.

The food here is mid, I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and have not been impressed. Today was my third time coming and bought a burrito and two tacos. All I got was 2 cups of salsa. When asked for more the lady gave me an attitude like it was liquid gold she was handing out. There are places that have self-serve salsa bars where you can get as much as you want. Also their point of sale sucks for credit card too, be careful it automatically sets a 20% tip if you don’t opt out before inserting your card. I basically gave them a 20% tip without knowing for terrible service and food. Needless to say I won’t be coming back anymore.
Update: I’ve updated my review rating to reflect the response by the business. However I suggest being more generous with your salsa since there are plenty of places who do not charge for salsa. If a customer asks for salsa it’s because they enjoy their food with salsa and the amount you give may not be enough for the entire meal for them.
I've been here a few times and the tacos are absolutely delicious. It's the best chorizo I've had, with a spicy pop of flavor. The people in the truck are always so friendly and the food is worth the short 10 minute or so wait. Try it, you won't be disappointed! I want to try their green chili and the quesatacos at some point.

Best tacos in Thorton for sure! The staff here are very friendly and know very well both English and Spanish! You have got to try their tacos, they're always so good and well seasoned. My faves are barbacoa, alpastor and Asada. My husband loves their carnitas. Their rice is also very good! My 5yo loves these tacos he will eat it all and not leave a crumb! Salsas are good and spicy,I believe the red one is the spiciest. My go to place for tacos ! I highly recommend.
