Taqueria “ El Compita “ Mexican Restaurant

We lived 4 blocks away, so we just to go a couple of times a week. We moved about 30 mins away, so now is our Sunday lunch spot after church. Awesome, authentic Mexican food. The owners always come to make sure everything is OK. Beef Alambre. Try it!!!

I called ahead and ordered the vegetarian tacos. They were so good! I practically inhaled them.

Most expensive taco shop we've ever been to. Ordered the queso birra tacos for my first time ever. They were so dang bland in comparison to what I've heard about them. We tried to order 3 drinks and only got 1. Come to find out we only ordered 1, when we did in fact ordered 3. My daughter's bean and cheese was also bland. I only tried the green sauce they brought to the table and it just wasn't good. Sorry I am not a fan. And I do not believe in restaurants not having a bathroom. We wanted to go wash the germs away and we couldn't. Gross 🤢

This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Great customer service. Awesome menu selection. Big portions. Birria tacos and that birria ramen is my go-to. 👌😋

Cashier doesn't understand English very well. I've had better service there in past but street tacos are very good like the pineapple twist to it

We tried this place yesterday and it was pretty good for the price. My mom had the street tacos and she loved them. I had the carne asada and shrimp which was good but not delicious. The shrimp were a little greasy and lacked some flavor. All the salsas were so amazing though and the service was phenomenal. The place is small but comfortable. I would definitely go back to try other things.

This is hands down our go-to spot for Mexican food! The staff is always so nice and welcoming, and their energy makes every visit enjoyable. This is the only place on this side of town where you can find legit street tacos, and they are absolutely amazing. The flautas and burritos are just as delicious, and I can’t wait to try more from their menu. If you’re craving authentic Mexican food, this is the place to be!
