I ordered pickup for a regular Philly and two chicken tenders kids meals. The menu online is incorrect- pricing is significantly lower on the online menu. The chicken tenders kids meal advertise two tenders and fries. Both of our kids meals came with one and a quarter tenders. Literally they must be cutting them up- you can see the cut edge. For $7, 1.25 chicken tenders is awful. I emailed them but they never responded.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about but I love this place! Both this location and the Lakewood location have always been excellent. Best Philly cheese steak ever had that wasn’t homemade. Amazing variety of sandwiches and other items if you have picky eaters in your family. There’s something for everyone. My favorites are the works Philly and the green chili Philly. Would absolutely recommend whether looking for a bite to eat for your lunch during work or for a family night out
Delicious cheesesteak, but serious shrinkflation!! The pictures are extremely misleading. A large cheesesteak with extra meat and cheese isnt even enough for one adult man (meat didnt even reach the end of the roll and certainly was not overflowing even with extra meat!) as a native to philly I did love the rolls and cheese, the issue is the quantity is not acceptable for the price.

Loudly and specifically stated no onions on an original 8 inch, received onions and now my fiancee refuses to eat the sandwich due to her distain for onions

My food tasted good but the portions for the large is terrible they don't even fill your sandwich up and the ice machine was supposedly broken I'm just gonna say that westminster/arvada will make sure you get a great sandwich
This has got to be the most incompetent sandwich shop I've ever had the misfortune of patroning.
For the life of me, I don't understand how you can mistakenly leave off the only three deli meats that comprise an Italian hoagie. I added bacon.They DID remember the bacon. They just missed any of the meats that actually make this sandwich Italian.
I've given this place multiple chances and that was my mistake. Please learn from my misfortune. Choose another place to eat.

Go elsewhere and save a headache. The employee who took our order and brought it to our table was not very friendly. The food we received tasted okay, but if you compare the steak sandwiches they advertise for sale and the sandwich you actually receive, it was completely different (see pics). In my opinion very over priced. If you’re going to be rude to your customers and would like to keep their business, you should at least give them a reason to come back, and over priced under portioned food is not the way to do it.
Parking: The spots in front are few and tight.
