I hate to leave bad reviews but dang, terrible customer experience :( Came in 1 hour before close, they had cleaned the bathrooms and blocked them with mopping buckets. When we asked they rudely said that no one was allowed to use restrooms anymore. This was 1 whole hour before close. 🥺 Half of the flavors were labeled as “broken”, the front of house was very dirty and messy, and when we asked for a milkshake the girls behind the counter were very upset that we wouldn’t just get soft serve. I love TCBY, but this location was an unpleasant experience 😅

All in all very nice frozen yogurt experience. The restaurant is well decked out with decorations. It will definitely appeal to the kids. Mediocre selection of yogurt. Excellent selection of toppings. Clean and comfortable dining area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Service was fast and friendly.

First thing walking in hoping to get a hello but NO. Went to get vanilla ice cream Machine was broken. Went for strawberry broken. Then the workers were sitting not asking if everything was good and sitting on the counters

Always closing early! I’ve come a few times and it’s either closed 30 mins ago or 10 mins ago if you want to be closing early at least change your hours online so people are aware . I came last night and it was closed at 930!! And again today I came at 947pm and it was closed!! Ridiculous
10/100000! Amazing place! Everyday, I ask my parents to drive me to TCBY frozen yogurt. This is mine and my family’s favorite place. I used to think this place was a ice cream place, lol. Either way my favorite place. Chocolate and Vanilla, oh yeah… BEST COMBO! The decorations to put on the yogurt fit amazing, like a cherry on top. The workers are nice! Overall it deserves 5 stars.

This place is pretty far away for us, but we have tried all the other similar places around and this one is the best. We like that they have the scoopable frozen yogurt in addition to the soft serve frozen yogurt. Toppings are good and comparable to other places. Cleaner than other places we have visited, great atmosphere, and the servers are attentive and helpful.
