Extremely nice and helpful
They are soooo nice in here! I always get their cotton candy ice cream and it is SOOO yummy. This is my go-to yogurt shop! :)))
Get some toppings and get your employees off their phones when customers are there.
Terrible customer service by the girl working there. Rolled her eyes the whole time and never said a word to us when we asked for helped. Very rude and incompetent. Never coming back
The lady who helped us didn't even greet us and gave us attitude the whole time.
I got their milkshakes was really bad it was mostly milk and horrible after taste and not enough options either

Came in 1 hour before close, they had cleaned the bathrooms and blocked them with mopping buckets. When we asked they rudely said that no one was allowed to use restrooms anymore. This was 1 whole hour before close. 🥺
Half of the flavors were labeled as “broken”, the front of house was very dirty and messy, and when we asked for a milkshake the girls behind the counter were very upset that we wouldn’t just get soft serve.
I love TCBY, but this location was an unpleasant experience 😅
All in all very nice frozen yogurt experience. The restaurant is well decked out with decorations. It will definitely appeal to the kids. Mediocre selection of yogurt. Excellent selection of toppings. Clean and comfortable dining area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Service was fast and friendly.
They closed ten minutes before closing. The girl just shrugged and rolled her eyes.

First thing walking in hoping to get a hello but NO. Went to get vanilla ice cream Machine was broken. Went for strawberry broken. Then the workers were sitting not asking if everything was good and sitting on the counters
More than 2 flavors out and the other employee that wasn’t ringing us up was sitting on the counter eating buddak noodles 💀 wish I was lying.
