The Egg & I Restaurants

Service was egg-selent! This place was packed but didn't have to wait long for a table or our food. This location was clean, dining area and bathrooms.

Meeting friends from Highlands Ranch or South Denver when you live in North East Thornton is a challenge. The Egg and I is about 25 minute drive from each way during non traffic times! Easy exit off 1-25 at Thornton Parkway East to Washington Street in the Safeway complex on the Southeast corner.

This is the 1st time I have been here. The food is some of the best I've had. The service is great and friendly, and again the food is delicious!

Have now send my eggs back 2 times... for being the egg and I. I would think that a egg could be cooked not raw... either hard no yolks or white booger like consistency. will not be returning

There is NO other place my old friend and I meet other than The Egg and I in Thornton. The service is superb, the sunny, clean atmosphere is the best, the food exceptional. We love, love, love it.

Not sure why I love this place as much as I do, but the service is always good, and the food is just so wholesome. Great place for a quick stop before work, or a nice breakfast for the family.

Best eggs I've had in a good long time. Nice atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. Can't wait to come back

They open at 7am which is great if you are like us and prefer to get up and start the day early and get to breakfast before the 'post church' rush begins. Menu selections are great. Staff are all amazing - friendly / accommodating and attentive. Centrally located off a short distance off the highway if you have friends that are coming North or South from I25 to meet you. There are several breakfast places in the Westminster/Thornton area to choose from, but the Egg & I, this particular location is the one worthy of it's 5 star review.

Five of us visited this establishment for lunch. I was really surprised by how clean it was and what a variety they had available on the lunch or breakfast menu. The staff was very attentive. We all ordered a different item and all of us were quite satisfied with our lunch. Great job.

Was good. The whole wheat toast was excellent. The home fries were good and the atmosphere was good and the waitress was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the french toast because it was dry. Personally I like it sort of gooey soft and eggey. I would have liked it soaked in the batter a bit longer.

We were greeted very nicely and our server Emily was very sweet and checked on us regularly. We had breakfast and it was delicious!! The coffee was also really good. The flavored creamers were just like our coffee at home.

The food is great there and so is the atmosphere
