Absolutely blown away by The Snowy Churro at Eastern Hills Church in Aurora today (4/19/25)! Hands-down the best churros we’ve ever had—and we’ve tried a lot. These weren’t your average churros… they were next-level: hot, fresh, golden on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and rolled in just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. The texture was perfection.

These amazing churros brought me back to grabbing ones off the side of the road of Guadalajara and Bucerías, but elevated in the simple and best way possible. No need for a bunch of napkins when you add syrup because the flavor is inside, its genius!
