Most definitely not the experience I was expecting. We paid over $100 to bowl . Over $100 On just food and 2 kid drinks. The bartenders were beyond disrespectful. They seemed almost annoyed any time we walked up To the bar for anything we needed. The front desk was just as bad I don’t know how long I stood right up front at the desk to get a ramp for the ball and multiple employees even mangers just walked right by me and didn’t bother to see what I needed. We had to ask 4 different times just to get one and by then our time was about up.

Deuce was a phenomenal manager who happened to serve us tonight. The three of us were out for a girls night and full of spice. He was fun, patient and helpful with great banter. I was able to special request a brownie sundae which was BOMB. Absolutely delicious and what dreams are made of. I really appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. There was three of us and he took note without us asking adding three cherries to our dessert. This is something small and not necessary but it was a very nice touch. This was literally the cherry on top for our girls night. The service throughout the whole establishment was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back again!

I was looking for a place last minute to plan my 40th birthday that adults, teens, and kids could all enjoy. I submitted online requests to four different venues on a Saturday night, and Shantel from Main Event Thornton contacted me back in less than 24 hours! She called me directly, went over some options, and sent an invoice the same day — talk about efficiency! The next day, I decided to upgrade the food options, and even though Shantel wasn’t available, Brendan stepped right in. I didn’t have to repeat a thing — he knew exactly what we’d discussed and even sent me links to view different private rooms for our celebration. By Tuesday, I stopped by for a tour and was greeted by Nicole, who showed me around and then introduced me to Tim — and let me tell you, he’s the king of upsells (in the best way possible)! We ended up choosing the Eagles Nest Lounge, which offered a private section with 8 bowling lanes (I rented 4) for 20 adults. It’s tucked away from the chaos of the arcade and open bowling area — absolutely perfect for a private party! Then came the add-ons: Premium drink wristbands? Sold. Extra hour? Sold. Viva La Flavor buffet? Sold. Game cards for the kids? Sold. Everything came together beautifully. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Our bartender Paris (and her partner, whose name I can’t remember — probably because I enjoyed a few too many drinks 😅) took amazing care of us, delivering drinks right to our tables and keeping the good vibes going all night. The best part? All of this came together in just 3 days, with only a week to plan the whole event. The Main Event Thornton team didn’t miss a beat — communication was seamless from start to finish. Everyone had a blast — the birthday girl (me!), the adults, the teens, and even the tiny tots who had fun trying to play skee-ball and ride the mini motorcycles. I 100% recommend Main Event Thornton for any celebration. Five stars all around!
