David in the arcade was a great employee! Had a few issues with a few games and he helped fixed them or comp us! He also was very cheerful and joyful! He was very busy but had a great attitude and put customers first!
Girl bartender who works at main bar. Needs an attitude adjustment. There is no reason you should be talking to paying customers like they are stupid and naive. Really put a sour taste in my mouth. Management should be around while she talks to people to see. Very bummed.
Make reservations for bowling as place gets full quick. Bathrooms are not well kept.
This was the most unappealing main event or arcade I have ever seen. The prize center was empty, full of trash, boxes of inventory everywhere. Half of the games were not working. We couldn’t find an employee in sight. We are not even from here, we were visiting and it was just not a good experience. Who ever is managing this place, how are you okay with your center looking like that. Especially on a weekend.
1st time going and they mess up our bowling wait time. We waited an hour before asking how much longer before we receive the text message. They admitted to messing up and said still wait 25 more minutes. I was not having that so I got a refund. Will not come here to bowl again!!!
My granddaughter had fun
Been trying to call this place for the last 20 minutes to ask about my reservation and no one is answering.
Did the Teen party for my family's 12yr old's birthday party. paid extra for VR, Kids had 2 hour of game play, our host was very nice and made sure we had what we needed. Kids Had a Blast with bowling, arcade Games and VR. I was disappointed when one of his friends found out that none of the game cards had, had any ticket rewards on it when they went up to redeem them. The child was a little disappointed as well. Nowhere did it say the kids would not get tickets for the games they played , the description says 2 hrs of game play on the website. there is no * or anything that says gameplay does not include tickets redeemed at the price booth. Also when you buy separately cards with timed gameplay they do not get the tickets either and I was not told this when I purchased them. I would have spent the little bit more to get the tickets. You only get the tickets if the party says something like $10.00 of game play included. That is pretty much my only issue I had, otherwise it was a pretty cool party for the kids.
** DON'T COME HERE* Drove 30 mins with a group of 15 last night and would never come here again. We bought the play all you want pass (so $375 worth) and it is so not worth it. We waited over 1.5 hours to play, ate in the meantime and tried to play laser tag twice. After waiting 30mins to play, the teen running laser tag let in the group BEHIND ours and when we pointed it out they said just join this group. Not how that works.
Then after we waited OVER 1.5 HOURS for bowling, we got through 1.5 games (1 hour - we had 6 people per lane) and they tried to boot us because there was a waiting list. There were 2 people who had just joined the waiting list and waited only 5 mins before they turned off our lane and they tried to kick us out because of their waitlist rule. Make it make sense?? There has to be a better system for this waitlist.
Aside from that stupid rule and the way they run their waitlist, their food was awful and took forever to come out. Chicken wings, pizza, salad, brussel sprouts, fries - everything was overcooked, poorly seasoned and dry. Ordered the kids pepperoni pizza, cheese came out. Ordered bone in, got boneless wings. But at least our server was sweet so we didn't say anything or tip her any less over it.
The people that where there where horrible and a fight broke it

Of all the Main Event facilities this is the worst by far. Not recommended.
The employee with brown hair and glasses Eli was sitting and laser tag desk just staring ahead motionlessly until I asked if “he was ok?” To which he said he was, creepy guy ngl scared my kids not returning >:(
Had fun but it was expensive. Spent over $500 on games, laser tag and dinner in about 3 hours.
Super small the staff is not helpful whatsoever they do not know what the hell they're talking about you ask them a question and they point to where we need to go the credit card thing that they give you is a joke very disappointed in this place I will definitely not be coming back
Fun place but I guess I don’t see the point of the Eagles Nest “over 21” when they have kids in there the whole time. Part of going in there is being with Adults only.
