Our server was terrific and explained the safety rules to us in a fun and charming way. Our drinks were given to us almost immediately. Unfortunately we received very bad news about 20 minutes into our hour and a half long session. After talking to our server to see if we could check out, she immediately reached out to the manager about possibly prorating the bill or giving us credit. This establishment was so courteous, they simply told us that they would handle the bill for us. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity and their kindness. Their service is the benchmark for any establishment .

Took my 21 year old son here. He only had the digital copy of his ID. They refused him drinks because of company policy. This is why Abe Lincoln warned us about corporations. They have no souls.

TopGolf is a lot of fun.
One star to communicate how irritating it is that there are no prices on the menu for alcohol. This is a waste of staff time and implies I should trust TopGolf to be fair. But hiding prices means you have something to hide.
This seems like a dumb idea from the corporate office by someone that's never actually met one of their customers.

Mostly good experiences here, had some questionable service in bay 216 tonight. Host did not take a backup card, did not give a receipt and did not update billing when we called ahead as late for our reservation. Thank you to the nice lady at the front desk who helped us correct the billing when our host disappeared.
