I got one of their cakes and it was so delicious. It fed about 6-8 people and had great flavor.

I stopped by TOUS les JOURS in Thornton around 5:15 PM hoping to enjoy a coffee and maybe a pastry or two. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite the store being open until 7 PM, the pastry shelves were nearly empty, and there was no coffee available because the machine had already been cleaned.
I understand if this had been closer to closing time, but this was nearly two hours before. It felt like the store was winding down far too early, which was frustrating as a customer expecting the full menu and experience. The staff was polite, but the lack of offerings made the visit feel like a missed opportunity.
I hope this was just an off day, but I’d recommend checking in earlier in the day if you’re hoping for a full selection.

Got the red bean donut and it tasted like onions/old sauteed vegetables. Absolutely disgusting.

I went this morning at about 9am and the lady behind the counter was the absolute sweetest. She had such a warm demeanor! We ordered a couple pastries and they were immaculate! We come to Tous Les Jour all the time because of how good the food is! There is no better place for breakfast around! This experience today however was probably the best we ever had :)

The service is usually on the slower side. Please provide these kids more training. It's not their fault. They are probably 15/16. The store manager really needs to step up. My coffee was barely warm so I had to ask them to heat it up. They should know how hot the coffee should be before serving.
Please have a senior employee and a teenager on a shift. A combo of two kids is setting them up for a failure.
It would be nice if they actually had something to purchase. Went in there today to buy 4 plain croissants…none available as well as no bread. What a joke. And it was 10:00am.

Me and my girlfriend went there last night, it’s a cool place. But unfortunately, one of the employees was mopping the floor and cleaning some stuff up. Obviously dealing with some nasty surfaces and chemicals and what not. I went up to order my drink, and they came right to the counter, which I thought was good customer service. But they did not wash their hands and touched everything in the kitchen and made my drink. And I just frankly find that very unsanitary And could be dangerous depending on the chemicals that have been used. So I did not drink the drink. I found that very disappointing and a waste of money unfortunately.

Very disapointed!! I don't recommend this place. I ordered in advance for pick up since I had a busy day and to make sure we get the order my son's want for his birthday. When we picked up the cake they couldn't find my order but eventually they said we found it. When we got home it was not the right cake, I called the store and the guy talked to said he'll call me back because he needs to tslk to his manager but until now I still haven't receive any call from them. I paid almost $50 and it's not worth it!! I will tell to my friends not go here!

I mean..... The one on 92nd and Sheridan blows thus one out of the water. $8 for 2 donuts they shoved into a container that wouldn't close. Lolol thanks, I'll be sure to never stop in again. Good thing I found the other one first otherwise I'd have a terrible impression of this place
