My fiancée and I went to a show last night to see our friends play a show and during the show the bartender allowed somebody to charge almost $30 extra worth of beers to his tab. When this was brought to the bartenders attention, she still charged him for an extra beer after being told he only bought 3 modelos. One for me and two for himself. After having this also brought to her attention, she refused to remove the 4th beer from the tab. We go here at least once a month as my fiancé works for the bands. While We enjoy the spot, the the past several times the customer service has been subpar and has made us not want to return, let alone get anything from the bar now for fear of strangers putting stuff of our tab and being charged for things we did not get. I think the bartenders could use some more training because we cannot trust them after this incident and how the bartender on shift handled the situation.

There were about 10 people in there, they said they were closed and wouldn't serve us. Yet were actively serving others, claimed they can't serve us. It was 10:30pm and they close at 2am, the bartender was very clearly intoxicated. Wouldn't recommend, plenty of other bars without rude and discriminating staff.

Trailside has the best staff!! It's a fun environment and has great entertainment on the weekends. They have yummy pot lucks and are very generous, they treat you like family.

Found myself as a regular sort of while working in colorado. Owners and workers have been fantastic, oddly feels like I've known them for years. Good live music, pizza is always hot, drinks are always available. Relatively quiet, back woods kind of feel with level headed patrons and a comfortable atmosphere. This is where you go after work to wind down, have a cocktail, and relax for a minute before going home.
Denied entry to a legal service animal. I offered to have police come verify he is a legitimate service animal but “Stacy doesn’t allow them in” and they denied to have police come verify.
