I stopped in here for a smoothy. I got the Strawberry, Banana, Chocolate one. It was really yummy. They also have a lotvof food items that I hope to try one day.

For almost every Monday for the past two years I have picked up a tasty smoothie and treat in the evening. It didn't take long for the staff to greet me by name every time I came in. Not only that the smoothies and snacks were always amazing (no matter how busy or slow, fully staffed or under staffed they were) What a great crew! I'm sad and excited to let you know this will be my last Monday evening doing this and I will miss this routine so much -- Thank you for always being awesome!

We just spent literally 20 minutes waiting behind 1 car in the drive through that ordered a total of 2 drinks. We would not have waited that long, but we were trapped by a car behind us. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window without any acknowledgement. There was 1 person waiting inside and they looked as frustrated as we were. We come to this location weekly, but I may switch back to Jamba Juice after this.

They self tipped without my consent and then when I asked to speak to a manager they said they didn’t have one. I reached out to customer service and they said they would have the district manager reach out to me and that did not happen either. Pretty wild to see 0 accountability and no action taken to reverse this as it’s basically theft. Never buying from this business again which is a shame as I was a weekly customer. UPDATE: I followed the steps below haven’t heard anything back just ignored, I also reached out to customer service and spoke with someone that said the regional manager would be reaching out, they also did not. So it’s nice to see they act like they offer support and then completely ignore you, they only make these comments to save face but based on their actions they could careless, such a shame as we were regular customers and will not return.

The employees in this location are amazing. Dylan was kind and attentive. However, the reason for the 1 star is it is the middle of July and their AC is out. Management/corp need to do something. When we visited, the AC was busted, it was like walking into a sauna, literally, it was 95 degrees outside and it was cooler outside then it was inside. Kudos to the employees for working in these conditions and still keeping a smile on their faces.
GET YOUR AC FIXED. THIS IS NOT OKAY TO LEAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES IN THESE KIND OF CONDITIONS.

horrible customer service!! they close at 9, i arrived at 8:40 and the person working drive through said they were closed. i pull around and there’s people inside being served. i go inside and the guy hides in the back then proceeded to make my 1 smoothie wrong. NEVER GOING AGAIN.
