This is definitely old Chicago we fell for it. We thought it was a new place. Took some time to get my food. Staff was seriously busy as usual. If I had known I would've stayed away from this place. I leave across the street and I haven't been here in years. Gives me anxiety.

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

Just placed a door dash order and received 4 cups of butter and none of the 4 sauces we chose to go with our 20 chicken Tender order. We received regular Mac and cheese when we ordered chipotle Mac and cheese. We ordered waffle fries and received regular fries. Very disappointed with this experience.

We ordered takeout today and were extremely disappointed. This was our first time eating here and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, and my husband ordered the chipotle mac and cheese which was completely inedible. We will not be returning.

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts ?

Disappointing. So disappointing. We ordered from here on Uber Eats and because I paid almost $40, I was pretty hyped for the chicken headed our way. The bone-in wings were great. They were considerably big, cooked well, and the BBQ sauce was delicious. The only positive part of our experience. That's the ONLY positive thing about our order. The side of waffle fries to go with the bone-in wings was about 6 pieces thrown into an oversized pouch. Come on.. Chick-Fil-A gives you more fries in a small order. Ridiculous. They were cold and unseasoned. My "chef special" chicken tenders were a joke. Tiny golfball-sized chunks that were unevenly cooked. These beauties were carelessly thrown on top of a pile of fries that were ice cold. There were supposed to be two sauces with my tenders and I got zero. Looking at our receipt, it says the food was done at 8:19p and it didn't get to us until 8:55p. I'm not sure if that was a mistake on the restaurants part or from Uber Eats but we are less than a mile from the restaurant. There's absolutely no reason our food should have arrived stale and cold. I feel foolish for having spent $40 here. Chicken tenders are far superior at any other fast food joint. This place is a hard pass for me.
