United Chinese Restaurant + Sushi

My wife and I have gone here a lot and we've always spent a lot of money and tipped really well. Tonight we went and the food was really bad. Bad service and cold food. Soggy sushi, cold calamari, cold dumplings, cold wontons. Just bad all around. We paid and told.the manager on the way out and he did not care at all. He just smiled and said OK. We will never go back and I suggest staying away from here.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years and have enjoyed it. Tonight however was different. All of our food (many things we’ve ordered before) was terrible. Came out cold and the sushi was soggy. We paid for our meal and decided to talk to the manager afterward just to let him know what our experience was since we come often and felt it was appropriate to voice the poor experience. We told him that all of the food came out cold and the sushi was soggy, we also let him know that we come often and love the restaurant. Unfortunately he did not care at all. We were not looking for a free meal or a voucher, we already paid. We did however expect that the manager would hear our concern and at the very least offer an apology for the poor experience. He did nothing. It was very obvious he did not care at all. Incredibly unfortunate. We will never be going back. This restaurant is far too expensive to be served poor quality food.

The sesame chicken was gross! The restaurant is dirty including the glasses they use for water. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Service would get a 5 star, but the robot server is kinda creepy, other than that, food and presentation was amazing!

There are way too many good Chinese restaurant around to waste your time and money to come here.

My friend and I stopped in for lunch. Lovely stone koi formation greed you. A robot escorted us to the table. The food was beautifully and promptly presented. The waitress was attentive, excellent service. The cashew chicken was the best I’ve ever eaten. $13 to 15 for lunch. Generous portions. We both agreed we have found our Chinese restaurant to replace the one we had gone to for 35 y. ( It closed.) Very happy. Clean and nice setting. No pork offered the only down side. I love S&S pork.

Its a fun mix of Asian food offerings. I really enjoy the majority of their food, and say this as someone who used to hate any Asian foods. I'm evolving, and I'm even starting to like sushi thanks to them. Ha. the staff is also super friendly and welcoming, the environment is fun, clean and unique. Definitely give it a shot.

Favorite Chinese food and sushi in Thornton.

Excellent Food!!! Price is similiar compared to say a buffet. But the quality is much better.

I had the broccoli and beef. The broccoli was amazing and the amount of beef in comparison was quite a bit more. Unlike a buffet where it is mostly broccoli.
