This Wendy’s location has seriously gone downhill. The employees seem more focused on joking around and playing than actually doing their jobs. While having a good work environment is great, it shouldn’t come at the expense of customer service. My order was incomplete and completely wrong, which is unacceptable, and the attitude I got from the lady at the window was very unnecessary as I was asking nicely for all the missing items. If they paid as much attention to taking orders correctly as they do to messing around, this place would run a lot smoother.

They need to improve the bathroom they are have poop on the toilet in the men's bathroom and the 2nd one had pee in it and the toilet paper was open and all over the stall and the sink was very drty. The truth shall be known.

I’m only giving one star, because I have to, or I can’t leave a review. But believe me one star is not even deserved. As I am calling to complain, upon getting home from the drive thru, literally, I hear the manager speaking in the background with another customer, trying to fix a mistake and give them free food for a mess up. Always seems to be some sort of issue with this place. Even on a dead night. I hand them a list of literally what I want on a burger, they have to get the manager because they can’t comprehend. We get the order and it’s a wrong order with no fries or drink. We finally get the fries and still no beverages. The fries were cold and hard so was the burger. On the list it clearly says cheeseburger with bacon. When I look at my burger, there is no bacon and there’s a bunch of added things. I then get told that I should come inside if I want an order done correctly. Not sure how that’s gonna fix anything. For whatever reason, I trusted that this next time would be different, but it proves time and time again that the staff and Management have zero pride or take accountability or seem to want responsibility for providing a quality service. For God sakes I’m not asking them to weld the body of a vehicle together. I’m asking for a simple burger with simple Fixins.

I lived next to this location for about 5 years and every time I would stop by it would always take longer then expected to either order or get the food. The one time it was fast I was so shocked then had to drive back to get the chicken on my Cesar salad. Usually feels like there’s always a line and even though it could be 3-5 cars it means you’re waiting 15-20 mins

Just not what it used to be..... the taste is off.....
They gave my food to the wrong car, then gave me a huge attitude about it. Food was very substandard for Wendy's. They didn't give me a receipt either. I had to get out and go in and order to make sure I got all my items. Probably the worst Wendy's experience I've had.

Went to this location this morning and found this piece of plastic in my sandwich. Luckily it was large so I was just able to pull it off, but I couldn't believe that actually happened. Not sure what it was to, that is why I am including the photo. Everything else was good but I was still kind of stunned to find that on my sandwich!
