They screwed up our order period the food and service. We asked for fresh cooked items and got food that had set under the lights and was cold when we got it home. Wendy’s on 104th in Colo Blvd I recommend not going there. The young man who took the order was great.

Ordered #1 with cheese no pickle, extra Mayo, extra lettuce had to ask for more Mayo and lettuce and the pickles were still on the burger. Also the buger was pink not cooked all the way could not eat. But the chili was great.

It’s Wendy’s. You know what you are getting when you visit a Wendy’s.
Honestly, I’ve never had an issue here. We typically use order ahead through the app and it’s always been hot by the time we bring it home. Workers are fast and efficient.

Here's another fantastic fast food restaurant over in this area in Thornton. The people are very likable they're sociable and they are very attentive to your needs at this particular Wendy's... What's really great about this is it kid friendly teen friendly so school kids have fun here... I have been to a lot of Wendy's but this Wendy's restaurant has treated me by far better than any other Wendy's I have been to here in Colorado!!!! There is only one other and I left a review for that one that I will go to that I will spend my money on.
Parking: The service in this area from the fast food restaurant seem to be pretty darn good they have ethics morals and these people over here are not afraid to work....
Kid-friendliness: Very kid and teen friendly...
Wheelchair accessibility: I think all the fast food restaurants in Thornton or wheelchair accessibility handicap parking and that is fair to say.

I ordered 2 crispy sandwiches and I got this??? No tomatoes, no lettuce only mayonnaise and chicken?? They didn’t even give me my receipt!!!
Yummy food, fast service, and good deals. Offering a 50-piece chicken nuggets item is very helpful since all 3 kids and 2 of 4 grownups wanted nuggets. The new salted caramel Frosty tastes more like butterscotch, but it was still good.

I went to take an onion out of my burger and there was hair. We went to ask about it and the guy in the back had shoulder length hair making the food with no hair net. No employee had any hair protection on. They gave us a new burger that was slightly uncooked and the people were mean after saying things like don’t be an asshole. They where mad we where sitting inside because the “big boss” is coming tomorrow. I don’t know if I’m more mad about the horrible customer service or the hair in my food.

HAVING TO GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU twice to get my food corrected is insane . Get off your phones and do your job right. Definitely will drive the extra miles to a different location this one always disappoints
