Double Stack, no mayo, pickles, ketchup, cheese. Add tomato. Sour cream & chives baked tater. Top patty was overcooked, dry, black on one side. Both extremely thin. ONE SLICE OF ONION. Not an entire ring. Nuggets were dry. Hadn't had Wendy's in a looooong time. I never will again. Wow!

I visited this Wendy’s today with my brother and his friends, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The manager, or the individual in the purplish polo shirt, seemed to lack basic hospitality skills. My brother is a regular customer and has earned a significant number of points through his purchases. When he tried to redeem multiple rewards, he was told he could only use one. These weren’t coupons or promotional deals, they were rewards he earned by spending money, and it’s frustrating that he wasn’t allowed to use them as he chose. Additionally, when my brother’s food was ready, the same employee was unnecessarily rude to his friend, telling him to get my brother in a very disrespectful tone. These were the two main issues that stood out, and while there were other minor problems, these interactions left the biggest impression on us

This Wendy’s has gone so far in good business that we can never say enough thanks for all they’ve done. Their managers and Staff deserve so much more, no matter how busy they are. If people say different, then they are clueless about how far their team goes. Keep up the great work guys, thank you for being there for everyone’s favorite sandwiches.

Such a disappointment going to this Wendy’s they were out of baked potatoes, stuck With soggy french fries and they are advertising a strawberry shake but it’s actually a strawberry swirl which Doesn’t look anything like the picture on display. Stafford didn’t really give a crap either

They screwed up our order period the food and service. We asked for fresh cooked items and got food that had set under the lights and was cold when we got it home. Wendy’s on 104th in Colo Blvd I recommend not going there. The young man who took the order was great.
Ordered #1 with cheese no pickle, extra Mayo, extra lettuce had to ask for more Mayo and lettuce and the pickles were still on the burger. Also the buger was pink not cooked all the way could not eat. But the chili was great.

Honestly, I’ve never had an issue here. We typically use order ahead through the app and it’s always been hot by the time we bring it home. Workers are fast and efficient.
