I went in and asked for my usual order. I can go in either morning or night. As great as the morning crew can be, the few who know me during the night will always take care of me and my order!

YOU GUYS, I don’t leave reviews- it’s rare…what else is rare, eating fast food. When I do, it’s typically Wendy’s. This Wendy’s.

One of the BEST parts of any Wendy’s burger, was always the LETTUCE. A “fresh” piece of lettuce. Not that nasty, soggy, stringy, lettuce LIKE MCDONALD’S. Almost like a piece of ‘extra class’.

The lettuce, on the burgers at Wendy’s, is literally what set them apart from all the others.

A few weeks ago, my daughter ordered a BDC. She said it didn’t taste the same.. opened it up, saw the lettuce. It felt like a cruel joke. I told myself maybe they ran out and had no choice- idk. Either way o figured it would go back to normal.

Well, we’ve been back three more times since that day- and it’s still that nasty broke lettuce.

So I guess it not just the American people going broke and pinching pennys.

Aside from that, employees are always and the inside is always clean.

I can’t get over this lettuce thing though, I’ll be passing Wendy’s next time.

A little annoyed I ordered 2 seperate orders back to back on the app and only 1 of my two orders was ready. Then made we wait and check me in to fulfill the 2nd order so 1 bag is hot and good others now been sitting. Dnt know why you wouldnt have both ready for a pickup. Was not even busy.

I went to Wendy’s this morning for breakfast and the problem with the AI drive-through is that once I ordered with AI I drove up to the window and sat there for seven minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was even at that window terrible terrible terrible customer service not very personable You could have your AI. I’ll go to McDonald’s.

I usually really like this wendy’s they usually really do a great job but with this new ordering robot they’re constantly getting orders wrong told them I had a mobile order said the correct name and they gave me the wrong one and on top of that I had to wait kinda annoying then another time I got a gift card from them and they gave it to me with no money on it lol other than this they’re great

This location has a computer that takes your order through the drive through. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers for my kids which it didn't ring up correctly. So I then corrected it at the window.
Got home and and to wipe everything off there hamburgers. Very disappointed
