Horrible customer service. One gentleman was kind. 12am 2/10/25. Weren’t attentive to drive thru. Very poor communication. Gentlemen in another car was forgotten about when waiting for order, had to tap on window to get attention of any workers. Hope the gal that was rude has a better day. But she should really be better about her attitude even when having a bad night. (Strawberry blonde hair tall)

The service is usually friendly and attentive. The wait is not usually very long. The restaurant is dirty and the lobby seems neglected.

The gal working at 9pm Saturday 1/18 drive through should be fired. Extemely rude. I had to tell my wife to leave before she jumped through the drive thru window because of how disrespectful that gal was.

Nun of the food was fresh every thing was hard I for a fresh order and it just seem like nothing is fresh made at this location very disappointed I spent my money on food I didn’t even get to eat !!!

Don't advertise that you are open until 1:00 am when you really close down and put everything away at 11:00pm. I can not count the number of times I've gone around 11 pm and was told something or everything was unavailable.

Ive come here for a few years now during the day usually I get a 6 dollar biggie bag I get it in small Everytime now being on nights went over thére and this is second time they said we don't offer in small I tried explaining to them they do and I've gotten it allot the lead than got on and said if you want it in small go to another location unacceptable night crew obviously needs re training

Got incorrect order and food was barely warm. Upon return to the store "manager" who refused to give a name, first said their grill was out an hour before they closed and they "do not do refunds"... if you cannot rectify the situation, then you refund the order it's quite simple. Employees said I would have to return the next day to ask for a refund as if people have nothing else to do but drive all over the place to get something fixed that was your fault to begin with. Not sure what wendys is doing but this is unacceptable.

Don't go after dark unless you want a cold burger that was made earlier in the day. Just got the mushroom bacon swiss and it was cold within 5 minutes of it being handed to me. Pretty obvious it was made well before I ordered it
