Who doesn’t love a hot, juicy Wendy’s hamburger? I usually do — but not at this location. From the start, the experience was off. We waited about five minutes just for the register to be ready, and when our order came out in under 30 seconds, that should have been the first red flag. The burger was not warm, not juicy, and definitely not up to Wendy’s usual standards.

It appears to be a newer location, but the food quality didn’t reflect that. Overall, a very disappointing visit. Maybe it’ll improve with time, but I won’t be returning based on this experience.

Something is severely wrong with this Wendy’s location. Lines can have one person, and they never move, and they never answer the intercom. I’ve seen multiple people get out of line and leave. Whoever is in charge of this needs to have corporate reach out. Something is going on that isn’t good. I’m not sure if they don’t have enough employees or what it is, but I’ve never seen a Wendy’s location this slow. I’ve had to leave it twice while in line because nobody came to the intercom.

I brought my 3 grandchildren here and they loved it. Rated it a 5 for cleanliness, nice atmosphere, quick friendly service, good food and clean nice restrooms with music.
We all loved the caramel crunch frosties.
This is their new favorite restaurant.

Nothing special about this location
A little slow on the drive through as there wasn’t a lot of traffic and I still had to wait several minutes to place my order

One Star – Extremely Rude and Unprofessional
I visited this Wendy’s (150 E 144th Ave, Thornton CO) on 9/28/25 around 9 PM. When I arrived, there were five or six young employees hanging around the counter and in the back, but no one greeted me or a couple of older customers who had walked in before me. I sat in my car for 5–10 minutes before coming inside and still nobody acknowledged anyone at the counter.

When I finally placed my order, I politely thanked the employee after paying. He turned and walked away without a single “you’re welcome” or any acknowledgment. The staff looked more interested in chatting with each other than in serving customers.

This was one of the rudest experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. Management clearly needs to address training, customer service, and supervision. Until then, I will not return.

So I had gotten a spicy chicken sandwich, and went back to work and started eating my sandwich.. half way through my sandwich I noticed that the chicken was not fully cooked it was still very RAW! in the middle, so I return back to the store and wanted to get my money back which I did but when asking for the name of the manager I was told Faith was the manager on duty that night by a guy named John/ Johnathan, but when the manager Faith came back to the window I asked her name and she told me that her name was Isabella. So long story short they are Lying I asked for her manager but she said her manager is on PTO and her name is Ronda Supposedly. Very upsetting considering the fact I can get sick.

We're going to give them five stars because the sausage gravy biscuits are on point southern style (yeah I said it 😅)
The staff are friendly, prompt and professional...and it's a great place to bring your family.

Ordered a large fry and it was pretty much empty. Two burgers that look NOTHING like what’s advertised.

Not sure why the rating isn’t higher, the two guys at the drive thru were awesome. Usually it’s a mundane and forgetful experience but they went above and beyond

Let's start from the beginning, we walk up to the doors that are locked. Theres a young employee sitting at a table in the dining room, (which is fine, we understand that CO state law requires a 15 min break every 4 hours) we tap on the window they look at us but immediately look away and ignore us. Instead of them making a motion like drive thru is open or perhaps just simply having a sign on the door explaining why the lobby is closed, they proceeded to grab their stuff and head to the back/kitchen. Then we called the store and whoever answered had straight attitude with us. We get breaks, we get if you're understaffed, WHAT WE DONT GET IS WHY IS YOUR EMPLOYEE IS SO AWKWARD AND WHY YOU DONT HAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR. ITS SIMPLE, WE ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING BUT DONT LEAVE US IN THE DARK THEN ACT LIKE WERE THE PROBLEM.

I work across the street at Amazon and I've only been here three times but the evening manager with red hair is absolutely unnecessarily rude.
