We stopped here on Saturday night. We could see that they were busy and were prepared for a wait. The wait was longer than anticipated, but okay. Unfortunately our wings were over cooked and very tough. I had to use a fork to get the meat off the bone and it broke the fork, twice.There was such a small amount of sauce on my wings that I did not need to use the napkins provided because non transferred to my fingers. It was weird almost like they had been reheated after being tossed in the sauce. I ordered original hot and really could not taste the sauce of feel the heat at all. The wings were dry, chewy, bland and very much lacking sauce. Very disappointing to say the least. On a positive note, the fries were good and fresh. My family had the same complaint of the chicken being over cooked and tough. They did have more sauce on theirs.I don’t know if this was just a busy night and a bad batch, or if this a regular issue at this location. I will not be returning to this wing stop.

Don’t bother. They flat out do not season their wings at all. I gave them a second chance after completely failing to season their wings the first time. If you just want fried chicken with no seasoning, make it yourself and save the money.

We ordered take out for Valentine’s and when we got home our order was all wrong, the wings had hardly any sauce (and tasted metallic) and the fries were undercooked. When I called they offered me a refund for the missed item or they would refund it. If you screw up the order so that the customer has to come all the way back, you should remake the correct item and offer a refund for the inconvenience. Worst $60 I’ve ever spent on takeout.

This place sucks I have always order from this store member has issues I ordered on 1/20/24 and the delivery lady got in a car accident we waited over an hour and we contacted the store they didn’t know anything about the food and finally the delivery lady contacted us saying she was in an accident fine that’s happened they then say they were going to get our food and we can pick it up I told them if I wanted to pick it up I would have over an hour ago to have it delivered they said they had no one to deliver it so then I told them to give me a refund they kept putting m m e on hold and no one would talk to me I called back day after day and they said they would refund the money it is now 2/8//24 I go into the store the manager said they refunded me the money on 1/20/24 and I called my back as I’m in the store they said it wasn’t refund nothing showed in my account and as I told the manager that the refund was just sent as I was standing there what bad customer serve I will no longer spend my $58 every other week for wings

Seems like it has gone downhill . I ordered 150 work of food . 15 of my wings had no sauce , the ones that did used to have some sauce in the bottom of the container none did, seemed like the boneless were way overcooked . I guess gloves aren’t a requirement as no one was wearing g gloves. While I was there another guy came in as his order was wrong also. Just want the same as it used to be . Dissapointed .

Believe the reviews. Not sure how you can get soggy wings and not have enough sauce at the same time. Also ordered 20 hot and 10 mild, ALL were mild! Very disappointed! Stick to BWW or Outlaw Wings!… oh and no ranch included at all in ANY order of wings, you pay that separately, what?

DO NOT order here! Made an online order. They put it on the porch, didn't ring the door bell or knock. We had no idea ot was there. By time we realized it was sitting there, it was cold and not worth eating. Will never go or order here again.

As much as I love their food... I will never order online again, if at all. I placed an order over the weekend on their website for $57.49. When I placed my order, I received an error message. Before I went through with placing the order once again I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged and to my surprise, I WAS. I called Wingstop and they reassured me I would receive my money back within 3 to 4 hours but that they couldn't fulfill my order unless I paid once again because they did not have an order for me. I went elsewhere for dinner because I didn't want to be out $120 for dinner. To my surprise the charge went from processing to completed...never returned and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. It'll take 45 to 95 days to get my money back. I'm extremely disappointed in this process and it has made me uneasy ordering anything online. They couldn't fulfill my order, I have proof of the charge....they should've just refund me but now I have to fight to get my money back. ? Good thing i screenshot everything.Heads up! Keep an eye on your card statements especially when recieving an error message. They are still taking your money while giving nothing in return! Now I get to wait 2-3 months to get my money back. What a joke.I have never had this issue with any other company. Never again!

Staff are wonderful but the manager is heartless and needs to learn how to treat others as if they are humans. I did not deserve to be treated in this manner. I go above and beyond to be kind to people and it came down to a staff member getting in trouble or me potentially losing my job due to issues outside of our control and the manager decided to stick to her “policies” instead of being a decent human being, when there was a simple and easy solution available. I took the fall so that staff member wouldn’t. Treat your staff and customers better. I will never return here. Companies that don’t value people or kindness don’t deserve my money.

Work service ever had here. I ordered my order online since 6:57 pm. I show up to the store at 7:25 pm my order was no where to be found. They had to print out my order and start on it because they never got it started. I finally got my food at 7:40 pm. Not going to order from here or come back again.
