every time i have went i have had very pleasant experiences but my last time was very sucky. that girl anicia was very rude and didn’t do her job at all. my friend asked her if she can refill the soda machine only for her to respond with “theres nothing i can do” and walked away, when minites after another girl that was clearly on her break did it for her. wish i got the good workers name because she did give amazing customer service.

The night manager (Danielle or Dani) needs to brush n up her customer service skills! Called at about 11pm to place an order and not only did she seem extremely lost and frustrated she snapped at me for asking her to read my order back because last time they messed it up like It can't be that busy. Yeah, not my first run in with her and the 120th location! I'll drive the extra 5 mins to 104th!

Man I worked a ten hour shift all I wanted was some voodoo fries and some wings the portion of fries I received was a quarter of what I’d get at any other location the wings weren’t cooked long enough so the texture was not nice and crispy just soggy they need to hire a new team to every time I go to this location the food is trash

I had an issue with my DoorDash order where the driver actually stole my food. It was a really frustrating situation, but Seth at Wingstop went above and beyond to make things right — even though it wasn’t Wingstop’s fault at all.
Seth personally had my order remade, called DoorDash himself to get a new driver assigned, and even called me multiple times with updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. On top of all that, he gave me coupons for next time as an apology for the inconvenience.
You don’t see customer service like that very often anymore. Seth genuinely cared about fixing the problem and making sure I was taken care of. Huge shoutout to him and the Wingstop team — he definitely turned a bad situation into a great experience!
Seth truly deserves a raise or even a promotion to district manager — Wingstop needs more people like him!

Not sure what all whining is about, but WingStop has the best wings, hands down! Bigger and better wings than the other chains. I usually order online and pickup with no issue. The biggest issue I have experienced is other rude customers not waiting in line for service like the rest of us honest people.

I’ve been coming to this Wingstop for years, and honestly, it’s hit or miss. The staff is great—I have no complaints about the exceptional service they provide. My issue is with the food.
The fries are consistently cold, even when served fresh. The chicken often lacks sauce, with the outside being dry and the inside only decently moist. My go-to order is the bone-in Garlic Parmesan wings, and it’s a regret almost every time. I keep hoping they’ll get it right, but I’m always disappointed. They come out bland and dry, with just a sprinkle of parmesan and no real trace of garlic—basically just plain wings with cheese on them.
I’m not a picky eater by any means, but for a Wingstop, this location really needs to step it up. As it stands, it’s hard for me to say I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The service at this location is horrible. They don’t check orders when packing to-go’s so you will always end up with missing food. Do not recommend unless you feel like triple checking your order and micromanaging their employees.
If you want Wingstop, go to literally any other location. I thought it was just the last two times, but this has now consistently been an issue.
I ordered Hot Honey Rub and Garlic Parmesan, and instead I got the equivalent of Chicken Nuggets because there's ALMOST NO SEASONING AT ALL. The fries are also incredibly underseasoned and are basically plain French Fries (which is a big disappointment because Wingstop's fries were MILES better than other chain's fries).
When I go to other locations, they're food is fine, but as I mentioned, the last couple times I've ordered, I've consistently gotten disappointing meals.

The service is so bad. The cashier (a blonde girl with glasses) was so mean. She doesn’t care customers much and focus talking to her coworkers a lot. I ordered food with her she doesn’t pay attention and keeps talking, not even smile since we got there. The food is ok but service was terrible

I ordered for pickup. Only 6 wing meal ‘well done!’ . My wings were soggy when it’s a dry rub and undercooked.. my fries were as if they’ve been sitting around. We eat wings at least once a month for sure or more. $17 and I’m throwing almost 3 of the 6 away.

I’m so tired of repeating my self over and over every time I call this place I specifically ask to please make my wings xtra xtra crispy every time and they always reassure me they will but every time I get there grab the bag and come home. They are not extra cooked. I’m sick of it. I go here all the time and I sit there on the phone and tell the person over and over and over throughout the whole conversation, please make it extra crispy. Please make it extra crispy and every time I get home it’s like they do it on purpose. It’s disgusting and I’m tired of it. That’s why I do not go to this place. I hate it and I never will go here again. This is the last time I’m gonna try this that is why I go to other wing places cause the people here must be slow. You have no clue how pissed I am all I ask for every time is extra crispy please and I never get it
