I had an online order for delivery not only they forgot the large ranch that I paid extra for but the veggie sticks that the meal comes with. When I called they told me they couldn’t do anything not even a refund for the ranch, they only could give me what I was missing, and a drink for the inconvenience. Drink was not given. I prefer to order at the other location than in this one.

I really like coming here. I get more door dash order then I do for myself, but the problem is they never give the ranch/bulk cheese dip and if they do they will only give us one we we ordered 3 different meals.

The cashier was so nice he was so nice even if I came in when the store was about to close he gave us perfect customer service honestly the best I’ve ever had at any fast food place he gave us a sample of a new flavor when he didn’t have to and I loved how he did it with no one watching him it shows his personality, ability to make someone happy and have a good time aswell as his character was phenomenal please give this man a raise.

On top of that, some dude she was flirting with was trying to harass me for being upset that my order wasn’t received by uber. Long story short c the service ain’t worth the food.

This Wingstop is 4 for 4 with me!! Everything has been fresh and service has been great! Whoever they use for delivery has been amazing as well. It was 98 today and I didn’t order a drink and the driver left an Ice water!! That is above and beyond! They got my family’s business!!
