Order food from uber eats and this is how I received it. The pizza is just thrown in the box as well as not cooked. Missing a wing. As well as the pasta not being covered and missing whole side order of bread sticks. Completely unprofessional and awful. Will never spend my hear

I ordered two pizza tonight, one chicken and one pepperoni, store makes tow pepperoni and I realized that at home. I called the store explaining they made a mistake giving me two pepperoni. They tell me to bring it for refund, when I am in store the black manager flex’s on me saying we made the mistake but you deal with, the reason I said his skin color because I didn’t know his name, he said I am not giving you nothing. He was threatening and disrespectful. I called the police, waited 30 minutes no one showed up, the store knows in situation like this, we the people will not get help and they give themselves the right to steal from us. I have never had issue with this location before and the rest of staff have always been nice to me.

The website or the store, when I contacted them for additional delivery details did NOT indicate they they use a third party service for delivery. When that party did not answer the phone, I tried to contact a manager at Pizza Hut and the male would not give me a manager to speak with and then hung up the phone on me! This is HORRIBLE customer service and not professional at all!!

Always short staffed. When you call you get a call center that doesn't know what they are talking about. Put a ton of minced garlic on my pizza. We keep setting up for delivery and it changes it from delivery to pick up.

Online take out order was confirmed. After arriving to collect, I noticed a recent email that the order cannot be processed. Staff confirmed that they dropped it as they are too busy with door dash orders. They wasted my time.
