The website or the store, when I contacted them for additional delivery details did NOT indicate they they use a third party service for delivery. When that party did not answer the phone, I tried to contact a manager at Pizza Hut and the male would not give me a manager to speak with and then hung up the phone on me! This is HORRIBLE customer service and not professional at all!!

Always short staffed. When you call you get a call center that doesn't know what they are talking about. Put a ton of minced garlic on my pizza. We keep setting up for delivery and it changes it from delivery to pick up.

We like getting pizza here every so often. I would recommend requesting extra sauce on the pizza. I like their sauce and it feels like it seems a bit thin.

Online take out order was confirmed. After arriving to collect, I noticed a recent email that the order cannot be processed. Staff confirmed that they dropped it as they are too busy with door dash orders. They wasted my time.

Ordered pepperoni pizza. Door Dash delivered. Pizza had almost zero marinara sauce, resulting in very dry pizza. Contacted Door Dash, they said it didn't warrant any resolution from them. Contacted the store only to be told it had to be addressed by Door Dash. Who made the pizza here???

It’s good pizza. I’m from New York so I will get shamed by my community if I give it 5 stars. Just kidding but yeah, it arrived on time. It was hot. Delivery was nice.
Vegetarian options: I mean it’s pizza so you can just not order meat on the pizza right… but I’m not a vegetarian so there might be more factors and information to consider that I could NOT care less about such as if the oil they use contains animal fats or things like that I dunno.
