Love Yonsei! The quality if always so fresh and good- the yellowtail practically melts in your mouth. The rolls are creative and not your run of the mill boring. If someone in your party is not into sushi, the fried rice is fantastic. The staff is so friendly, anticipates your needs and are very attentive. They are willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions or changes you may need to make.
Sushi is amazing! Service is amazing! Definitely recommend the Black samurai. I would definitely come back again. Just keep in mind it's a smaller restaurant so make a reservation.

Came here because the reviews were so high and everyone was right. So fresh and delicious. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame and agedashi tofu to start. Both were very tasty. Then we ordered the Ronin, Red Samurai and spicy tuna rolls. All rolls were so fresh and high quality. The presentation was excellent. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. We were very pleased to find a gem nearby. Will definitely be coming back.

While everyone may be flocking to Chubby Fish for all you can eat, try this spot instead. Yes you actually order and pay per roll, yes maybe it is a bit more expensive that way, but set aside the gluttony. Yonsei is a much cozier spot with only a few tables, but the staff and chefs are the owners. And, there's a passion for the customer not served by robots delivering to tables. We've been several times, everything is delicious, and it's nice to be recognized and welcomed back.

Best sushi you’ll find in Thornton and surrounding area. Amazing staff, great atmosphere, and very clean & new. Small restaurant but well worth the wait on busy nights. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. High quality fish and so delicious!!!

Appreciate that they’re flexible about vegan/veg modifications! Menu does not have a lot that is veg on it but they were helpful in making adjustments
Just ate here for the first time tonight and had a WONDERFUL experience. The staff was kind, and the food was delicious. They took my husband’s shrimp allergy very seriously and made sure to accommodate us! We will definitely be back!
