Had an early no reservation valentines date with my husband and Yonsei was more than we expected. Figured coming early around 330 on a Saturday would be fine with no rsvp…we’re lucky we were sat since the place was already booked! Thankfully we came at the perfect time and had a stellar meal and overall dining experience. The fish is so fresh, delicious, and beautifully and promptly served. Highly recommend the Toro nigiri or sashimi, and crispy tuna appetizer if available....

We have tried many of the sushi restaurant up north (Sachi, Go Fish, Happy Sumo, Hana Matsuri, etc) and Yonsei is our absolute favorite. The staff are friendly and welcoming, including the owners. The sushi quality is great and so yummy. The kimchi bacon fried rice is one of our favorites. Highly recommend Yonsei!

So delicious. Best sushi I have ever had. The salmon was so cold and so fresh we could not stop eating it. Owners and servers are nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. We live in Lakewood and will drive to Thornton. It’s that good.
