went earlier today and ordered a large iced energy, got handed a blended at the window, after explaining that we ordered a ice we got told by the employees “no we didn’t” and got a lot of sass and rudeness in response. it also took 20 min for 3 cars to get theoigh the drive through. workers were just mean.

First time trying this place. We chose to order at the walk-up window, only because we didn't want to sit in the drive- thru line staring at the menu forever. Well, big mistake because there was no menu at the window. When we did figure out what we wanted and ordered, it was close to 20 minutes to wait for our drinks. They literally cleared the entire drive thru line before we got our drinks. Drinks were good.

I look forward to going to Ziggi's most mornings. Everyone is genuinely friendly, they make great coffee, and know my dog whether she's with me or not (she's kind of a big deal). Lol This has definitely become my favorite chain in general, and all because of this location. Also, the egg & cheese burrito is *chefs kiss*.

Good coffee but these new Christmas lights on 24/7 are atrocious. It de-classes the whole building and just looks cheap and gimmicky.
I used to go here every weekend Saturday and Sunday but as a resident down the block I can’t stand the cheap flashing lights in my neighborhood & will not be back.
Let’s keep Thornton looking nice and not like a cheap Vegas strip mall - do better please.

Today was ridiculous. I did an online order to the wrong store by mistake. For as often as I come by, I think just giving me the drink would have been good customer service. So, I reordered for the correct location. Yet, after waiting and waiting I went to the window and I was told my new order came in after the car now at the front, and they get taken care of first. Well, I don't know how many others were taken care of while I waited, there were now 4 cars, and I waited for at least 10 minutes.
