I originally ordered coffee and a cinnamon roll and then changed it to a chocolate muffin. I was still at the window when I took one bite of the muffin and it was so dry and chalky. I asked for her to exchange it for the cinnamon roll. I originally ordered. I was told they actually didn’t have another cinnamon roll and they wouldn’t refund me for something I took a bite out of or exchange it for anything. Horrible service and she was very rude.

Beware when you order coffee!
Ordered a cortado and ended up with what tasted like a luke warm shot of espresso with milk poured over top. Took 2 people to take my order - the first didn't have a clue and was asking if I wanted a 20 oz or 24 oz and hot or cold. 2nd person at least sounded like they understood what a cortado was. This was my first and last time trying Ziggi's.

I was just over at this Ziggis with three of my friends, and we ordered four drinks and one burrito. When I pulled up to order, I had to wait a little less than five minutes for someone to take our order. I recited our order, at a comfortable pace, and I ended up having to repeat myself several times. I had to ask them to repeat the order back to me, and they missed a drink. Finally after a confusing back and forth they got it right. We pulled to the window and had to wait another four minutes or so until they came out for the payment. The person at the window had no name tag, and honestly their demeanor was uncomfortable and they seemed like they did not want to be there. She gave us three of our drinks and the burrito, but I had to ask for the salsa (that I initially ordered) and I had to ask again for the fourth drink. And lastly they forgot to put any stickers in our cups which if I'm being honest, is the highlight of the Ziggis experience.
I'm not usually the type to write reviews like this but honestly the experience left me with a bad vibe and I found myself avoiding this location a lot because of their customer service and the way they make their drinks. In the past I've ordered the frozen spicy chai and it tasted like watered down frozen milk, it was so disgusting I had to go to the location on 128th and Quebec to fix it for me.

I went here for a dirty soda 15 minutes before closing and they said I couldn't get one because at 545 they break down and clean the soda machines. I was like, but wait...you close at 6. Phone number doesn't work to speak to a manager about this. No excuse to not order what is on the menu because the kids want to be done and out of there ASAP. Shame!

I ordered the Turkey,Pesto Panini. The bread on the outside was grilled perfectly. It was a normal size Panini. I couldn't finish the Panini due to the size. The energy refresher with 1/2 1/2,Ocean Breeze, and the Dr.pepper idk. That wasn't too good. The others, I 🤤 now just thinking about breakfast.

I went to Ziggi’s on my birthday to redeem my free drink, as advertised. I had the Ziggi’s app, but the reward didn’t show up. When I asked the staff if they could help or manually enter it, they said they couldn’t do anything if it wasn’t showing in the app—even after I offered to show my ID to prove it was my birthday.

They called the manager over, and unfortunately, the response was the same - little effort to find a workaround or offer another solution. I left without my birthday drink, feeling disappointed and turned away on what should’ve been an extra special visit.

For comparison, Starbucks always finds a way to make it right when something goes wrong with a reward or promo. They troubleshoot, offer solutions, and prioritize making sure the customer leaves happy. I hope Ziggi’s can take a page out of their book when it comes to customer service. A little effort to make things right goes a long way.

Ziggis is always a solid choice for a coffee/snack shop. The cashier was friendly, though the actual speed of service was a bit slow. Pricing is average, flavors are solid, atmosphere is conducive to casual or light-touch business conversations.

Carson and Olivia are the best! They were super friendly and helpful and they totally made the experience amazing! They were able to honor my rewards when the app wasn’t working and I’m totally going to be coming back
