Overall, great food. However, the cups and lids on all of our drinks were not tight at all. We picked up two of our drinks from the upper portion of our cups and they buckled and spilt everywhere!! We also asked for extra sauce and didn't receive it. Delicious, but kinda disappointing.

Would be nice if they actually filled up large fries more than halfway or gave you the sauce you asked for. I asked for extra Dijon mustard for their limited-time pretzel sandwich and this is the third time I’ve not received any. Fries are always half-full and they top it off with sauce packets. What a joke

We enjoyed the quiet corner seating.
Not entirely the stores fault rather the business. We ordered Catering for my business as it turned 5 today. Everything was fine just failed to bring sauces for the meals. That’s half the sandwich. Certainly will not ever ask Chick-fil-A to help us in the future. That’s like forgetting the barbecue sauce for the BBQ. None the less really dumb to bring 50 sandwiches and not use your head and call and ask if we wanted any sauce. as we requested it and unfortunately didn’t get dropped in the order. All together you collectively failed us today.
Great people and excellent service as always!
Very kind staff and yummy food.
Staff were incredibly rude. One employee who I had known well for awhile approached me at my table and said some very disrespectful and rude things under her breath clearly directed at my table. This was unacceptable behavior in your workplace, I felt incredibly disrespected. After that interaction my ice cream that I had ordered came out, it was a cone with about 1/2 of a swirl of ice cream, barely over the top of the cone. The girl who delivered it walked back to her coworkers snickering about it. This is unfortunately not the first time I have been disappointed in the customer service at this establishment. And to think, all I wanted tonight was to grab dinner with a friend after work and enjoy my evening.
This what they are serving you …Greeley Location

Make sure you count your change. Cashier here doesn't know how to count money or make change. She literally asked me how much money I gave her and what was the change I needed back. New generation thing?? The manager said the buttons confused her. No apologies about anything or thanks for the feedback from the manager either just excuses. Also bring your jacket if dining inside. It was literally warmer outside in November then inside there. Food was good, but that's it. WOW

I came to Chick fil A for a chicken sandwich. What I *didn’t* expect was a life-changing experience orchestrated by none other than Jude the Mozart of a chicken sandwich.
From the moment Jude greeted me, I felt like royalty. Their “My pleasure” wasn’t just polite; it was a symphony of kindness that brought a tear to my eye. They handled my absurdly complicated order (no pickles, extra pickles on the side, 17 packets of Chick fil A sauce) with the precision of a brain surgeon.
Then, the food arrived. Was the chicken sandwich delicious? Of course. Did the waffle fries restore my faith in humanity? Obviously. But it was Jude who made me believe that perhaps, just perhaps, the world is still good.
By the time I left, I half expected Jude to don a cape and fly off to save another customer. Chick fil A, protect this person at all costs. Give them a raise. Or at least name a sauce after them Jude's Joy Sauce. Trust me, it would sell out.
