Make sure you count your change. Cashier here doesn't know how to count money or make change. She literally asked me how much money I gave her and what was the change I needed back. New generation thing?? The manager said the buttons confused her. No apologies about anything or thanks for the feedback from the manager either just excuses. Also bring your jacket if dining inside. It was literally warmer outside in November then inside there. Food was good, but that's it. WOW

I came to Chick fil A for a chicken sandwich. What I *didn’t* expect was a life-changing experience orchestrated by none other than Jude the Mozart of a chicken sandwich.
From the moment Jude greeted me, I felt like royalty. Their “My pleasure” wasn’t just polite; it was a symphony of kindness that brought a tear to my eye. They handled my absurdly complicated order (no pickles, extra pickles on the side, 17 packets of Chick fil A sauce) with the precision of a brain surgeon.
Then, the food arrived. Was the chicken sandwich delicious? Of course. Did the waffle fries restore my faith in humanity? Obviously. But it was Jude who made me believe that perhaps, just perhaps, the world is still good.
By the time I left, I half expected Jude to don a cape and fly off to save another customer. Chick fil A, protect this person at all costs. Give them a raise. Or at least name a sauce after them Jude's Joy Sauce. Trust me, it would sell out.
We had a great meal, all of the food was delicious. Jude's service was excellent!

Ordered their new sandwich, didn't receive it and instead received a deluxe chicken except it looked to be on a walmart hamburger bun. Went to try and get my money back, after a lengthy process they decided my time was worth a free cookie and no money back. Absolute joke, im gonna tell everyone I know not to go here.

Sooo... I went in today for a pickup and accidentally took the wrong josh's order cause my name is josh 😆 and I called in told them everything and they took care of me despite my mess up.
The kid that I told it was mine apologized to me but I assure you the fault was mine and I'll own it. He was extremely professional and courteous despite my blunder.

This restaurant has been a staple for my family and I. I have noticed the service here at this location deteriorating over the last year. After my experience last night we will no longer spend our money there. I arrived in line at the drive thru @ 8:07pm. Finally received my food @ the window @ 8:25. I decided to eat my dinner in the parking lot. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a fry. I was asked while ordering if I wanted any condiments. I asked for ketchup...the employee asked if 2 was sufficient. I agreed. When I finally arrived at the window they handed me my bag. I looked inside and saw no ketchup. Before driving away I asked politely for some ketchup. I was told it should have been in the bag. I informed the employee there was not any provided. I did not realize at that time that my bag included a box of chicken strips only...not my order. I waited patiently for 18 minutes to have my order be wrong. I went into the dining area to get the right order. The kids working in this store were not the polite employees I was used to. I decided to get a refund based on that fact. I asked the employee doing my refund if there was any information posted about the franchisee. He said there was not. Thus why I have taken the time to post on this medium. I want others to know what my experience was.

The manager is amazing and so attentive. Very well oiled machine. Had multiple lines out the door and was in and out in around 8 minutes. Impressive. Plan on coming back!!
