After a horrible experience at the Windsor Dutch Bros location I still needed a fix so I drove to the Timinath location and they provided the best Dutch bros experience all around. I didn’t share my previous bad experience because it was irrelevant and I didn’t want any special treatment because of another locations bad customer service. The staff was extremely friendly, my drink was made to perfection, and I was glad to know they are not far away from Severance. So worth the drive. Give this crew a raise for good integrity.

Such a great staff! Angel was the employee that took my order, I made a special request for an extra fancy pup cup for my childhood dog who was being put down that day. Not only did the staff make an incredible pup cup with all of the works for him, but they also gave me my drink for free! SO thankful for such an understanding and polite staff to help me through this hard day. Definitely the best coffee place around!

I accidentally ordered my drink ahead of time to the wrong location. I showed up and the Broista fixed the issue. Made my drink perfectly and didn't charge me for the mix up. I was having a rough day. Their exceptional custom service completely turned it around. This is my go to Dutch Bros for now on ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve ordered the same thing a different Dutch Same size and have always had a great experience with a drink however, in this location. I didn’t. The soft foam wasn’t even spread. It was disappointing. :)

How do they do it?? Honestly, how??? Every Dutch Brothers I have stopped at has the best people working there time and time again. The employees always seem happy and like they actually care. Yes, I know they have the same conversation car after car but somehow they always make you feel unique and like they are actually listening. I actually feel like we are old friends just catching up after an unexpected run in to someone you haven’t seen in awhile. This location took it to a whole new level so I chose to write my review for this one. My wife and I stopped in the day after their grand opening and she was hopeful to get one of their keychains that are exclusive to the grand opening (who knew??? Not me) she asked the guy taking our orders if they still had any and he said. They were all gone but he’d be happy to give her his!! I told him no it was fine and he insisted. Next thing we know he’s running inside and giving her his keychain. He said that he wasn’t going to use it so here you go. How cool is that? How unexpected!! Since then we have frequented a lot of Dutch Bros, mainly this one. Whoever is in charge of hiring, training and managing Dutch Bros. Especially this location… you are worth your wight in gold. It is impossible to find people with their skills. Oh yeah and the coffee/ drinks are great, I think…. For sure better than the big corporation that put coffee on every corner but I’d go there if the coffee was bad just for the experience and see my old friend I haven’t seen in awhile. Sorry no pics for this review cause well it’s coffee and drinks. But if I get a chance to steal my wife’s key and take a picture of the key chain, I will update this review with a picture of that. Ps it’s pretty cool and reminds me of the old hotels… you know back when you needed a key for something.

Really excited to have a Dutch Bros open up right around the corner. Unfortunately order accuracy has been an issue. Last 3 visits my order has been wrong every time. And I don’t order anything complicated… Large Americano with 2 Stevia. I understand it’s a fun work environment but maybe turn the music down and listen until you can get the order right. Starbucks is literally across the street. I hate it but they’re getting my money until you guys tighten up.
