We ordered two different concrete mixers, and received two of the exact same...i mean they were delicious, but my pregnant wife really wanted the one she ordered, and that's the one we didn't get.

Why does it take a while to get our food? We got our milkshake first then we had to wait like 2 other people to get our food! How dairy!?!
Bonus: There were potholes when you exit the parking lot
I love this place. I always get the California burger with extra pickles and onions. Every time I get it, it is loaded with pickles and onions. The burger basket is always overflowing with crisp fries. Service is quick and polite. The tables are usually well maintained, except when they are super busy. Then they get a little messy. The custard is always good.

Please dont eat here. I went in a few days ago and the manager Eric or what ever his name is Took my order when I asked for a lettuce wrap. Im deathly allergic to gluten. I asked him to make sure the cooks know that my food is a allergy I could see that he didnt mark it on the screen as a allergy they always do this for me. When I asked about it he said that he would let them know. We'll I sat down and watched them make my food the manager then went back to help make my food right after giving another customer their food. Didn't even bother to change gloves he folded my lettuce wrap with his gluten filled gloves. Then tryed to server that to me. When I called him out about it he said that he handled it like they do all their allergy orders and took great care. I know this is a lie as I saw him do it I took my food to not argue with him but when I walked away he laughed at me with the other staff. This place used to be good but if I cant eat here without risk of dying I will not be back. Eric should be talked to about handling health issues

Have been coming here for well over a year and ordered a veggie burger with an additional patty. Tonight they refused to do it and made me pay for an entire other burger to get my additional patty because Ehret (that's how the cashier spelled it) the manager decided this was a new rule of his. I will never come back here due to this manager wasting my money on a non-existent policy.
Additionally, the cashier and him laughed at me for being upset about this. Overall terrible experience from this manager.

Best freddy's ever! Good food and great service! Stepped in just before they opened and was welcomed by a younger guy with glasses. Provided fine dining level service at a fast food joint! Come time for promotion, take a look at this kid. He's going places!

Make it make sense that I order two dog patties with cheese and a medium Fry and it’s almost $21 and they told me it was because I added cheese so it can’t be a “dog patty”. So I got two hamburgers instead and it was $11.. had to take the buns off. So why is it more expensive to get less food? Lmao What a waste.

I placed an online order but forgot to get the fry sauce (which is an essential part to enjoy the full Freddy’s experience) so I called and asked if they could add some to my order. AND THEY NOT ONLY ADDED IT FOR ME BUT THEY GAVE ME EXTRA<<333 I believe it was an employee named Eric that made this happen, and if you’re reading this you’re the goat Erik. 10/10 service
