Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Can't get orders correct ever! Everytime we have gone there you have to go back in to get what you paid for put in your bag. Go to Wendy's they can put the correct order in the bag. I wouldn't post this if it was a one time incident.

This location is just fine. But the young employees do not care about the customers. Slow and not keeping up to keep the store clean.

I tried the prime rib burger, but I was disappointed with the actual burger. The prime rib was actually a few thin slices on top of a double burger. Fries and cheese curds were delicious as usual.

We asked for fry sauce when ordering. We got to the window, got handed our drinks and sat and waited for our food watched it just sit on the counter for a couple of minutes. Than the person finally handed our food to us. We asked them if they put fry sauce in the bag they told us yes and when we looked in the bag after driving off and no sauce. Way to lie! Sorry you needed to do your job!

Horrible service waited an additional 15 minutes for an online order that I placed 15 minutes before arriving.

Mario always goes above and beyond and is fantasticly fantastic always nice to my family.

Food was good, but the place is very dirty. They need to keep it cleaned up better.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure they were fully prepared, with proper staffing and seamless coordination. The team handled our large group with remarkable efficiency, all while maintaining a calm, friendly, and patient demeanor. Every order was prepared correctly, and their professionalism never wavered. Freddy's makes terrific burgers...but their fries are why I go!

Food is good but you guys got to do something with the noise from the interstate. Some kind of a wall/noise barrier that blocks some of it. Your drive thru people can’t hear orders and it is so frustrating every time we come here. It’s annoying for us and your employees and could be resolved with a relatively cheap fix

The food is great. The staff is outstanding.

Love love love Freddy's. The one of many things that makes Freddys amazing is their fresh food and great prices. It's literally the same price as gross McDonald's or Burger King and the quality and taste is a gazillion times better. Don't change a thing Freddys!
