Absolutely stunning space. The views are breathtaking, and the shop itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully crafted. Every detail feels intentional and calm. The atmosphere is only matched by the quality in the cup. The coffee is excellent, and the Japanese teas are truly exceptional, refined, balanced, and memorable.

Very cute place with great coffee! Service was great! It is in a random location for sure, but the building and decor is very well thought out. My only slight complaint is the breakfast food is not made on site. I had the bacon English muffin and it tasted like it was made offsite. The donuts are good, but I'm trying to stay off the carbs :) I highly recommend this for the coffee and service! Wish I could have seen the donkey though :)

Absolutely adorable spot. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. We went early afternoon and there weren't a bunch of food options left. We got a couple of lattes which were great. Fairly busy which was nice to see. They had a violinist which was pleasant. Even with the music, a few larger groups and a birthday party upstairs we found a cute little table in the corner which was intimate. The decor, quality of the finishes and construction is top notch. Rooting for this new establishment

I hadn't been to this place until yesterday. I wasn't a customer but showed up with 30+ people standing outside in the cold. We were waiting to hear the worst news of our lives. This establishment without knowing what was going on, brought us hot chocolate and coffee to try to help. They also opened their closed business to us so we could get warm. If I could leave a thousand stars I would. Thank you for your compassion and generosity

We recently had a family tragedy on Colorado Boulevard just up the road from Pedro's. Pedro's brought us hot chocolate and coffee and allowed us to warm up in their shop. This was extremely kind of them and they also kept the doors open after it had closed so we can be with our loved ones. Thank you for being so generous 🙏

Visited here for the first time. It's very large for a cafe, and there were plenty of local people inside at the larger tables and outside on the patio in the sun.
I ordered an iced coffee and it was good! My one negative point would be that I stated 'for here' and it came in a plastic cup. I didn't have a cup with me, so maybe would bring one next time to save on single-user cups.
We sat on the patio under a huge sun umbrella. It was easy to move our table a little as the sun moved, since the umbrella was not part of the table.
Lots of parking. Friendly people working there and enjoying the space.
