I had a gift card and it scanned as $0, no biggy. The cashier definitely judged me for some reason, which was weird. I still paid for my consumption intentions. Take it as you will🤣 young customer service folk I guess these days, this was a first. The drive through was adequate and the drinks were as I expected.

Forgot to scan for points immediately, so i went back up to the register and asked if she could still scan for me or add points since I never left and she said no..!! Anytime I forget to scan at dutch bros, all I have to do is tell someone and they immediately add points on my app. What a waste.

The Starbucks at 4541 Weitzel Street in Timnath isn’t just a coffee shop — it’s become a small but meaningful part of my life. I go there multiple times a week, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The staff here? Next-level. Incredibly friendly, consistent, and genuinely warm. You’re not just a customer here — you’re seen.
One of my favorite memories happened right at this location: I brought my daughter in for a daddy-daughter date, and it was here that she had her very first cake pop. She loved it, and now it’s a little tradition between us. It’s one of those moments I’ll never forget, and this Starbucks played a part in it.
Every drink is made with care, the service is fast (even when they’re slammed), and the team somehow manages to make it feel personal every time. In a world that moves fast and often feels impersonal, this place is the exact opposite. They make it easy to come back — and I’ll keep doing just that.

Starbucks continues to disappoint with their customer service. My son and I stopped by this location so that he could finish his homework before his upcoming evening class. We purchased food and drinks. However, when my son pulled out his homework, we realized we did not have a pen. I asked an employee if we could borrow a pen and she told me that it is not Starbucks policy to lend out office supplies. I asked to speak to a manager (who turned out to be the employee I was speaking with). I repeated my case. I pointed out my 9 year old son and told her that we would be doing homework right in front of the counter where she could see us. She still refused to let us use a pen. Thank goodness Chick-Fil-A was next door. They had no problem lending us a pen. Chick-fil-A saved the day and exemplified great service. Starbucks left us hanging. 😢

The manager was very rude to everyone around her. I saw that she was very rude to her employees as well. This is unacceptable being that her employees were working fast and as hard as they could.
I had a matcha made too strong at another location and since these guys were on my way home, I popped in to see if I could get it remade. Without hesitation they made me something completely different and made sure I enjoyed it before I left. Day made! Thank you so much! Special shout out to Becka who knows her stuff!

Busy and noisy - but this location is off the highway and very busy. Almost nowhere yo sit most anytime of day or any day of the week. It's chilly inside 😳 too. But the service is good and the food is good too.

Placed an order online for pickup for one coffee just to show up 10 minutes later and get told it’d be another 25 minutes. 35 minutes for one cup of coffee is ridiculous.
