i usually like this location- but when i went this morning, they accidentally made my iced chai an iced latte, when i went back in the drive thru to kindly tell them they accidentally messed up my drink, she said she was super confused and said that’s just how the chai tastes when i told her i don’t drink coffee. you can smell the coffee through the cup! i get the same drink (the iced chai) every time i come by so it was kinda unfortunate that i just had to drive away with a coffee i don’t drink since they wouldn’t re make it, but otherwise, this location is okay!

Atmosphere is always good, service is usually excellent but it was almost 20 dollars for 2 large specialty coffees. They are mostly made with milk so that's what your paying for without any additions. Nothing crazy, just something right off the menu! No food or snacks either. Wish they'd adjust their prices but until then, I enjoy Starbucks on rare occasions.
My boyfriend and I love stopping here! It can get pretty busy but the staff are always working hard and hilarious to boot.

This is my local Starbucks. I bang my head every time I make the choice to purchase coffee here. Staff is beyond rude, always. Flat, dead in the eyes, rude. It's hilarious to me in some facet. But for 'Sterling' being the saving grace, I try not to indulge this close to home. Other reviews note the same problems. You're convenient. That's it.

Worst experience among all Starbucks I go to around FoCo and I go to most of them. I spend hundred of dollars yearly at Starbucks and I was refused to add things to my refill for additional cost by a manager. All other employees and managers at other locations would happily do it ( for additional charge) UNHAPPY!

just visited this starbucks location ?and was greeted by a very creepy employee who began with “yoohoo” as if she was a ghost?, please tell her to stop using this phrase, it made me very scared and i fear i may not be able to return to this location ☹️

sweetest girl ever working drive through, card wasn’t working due to travel and she was very patient, after a few minutes ended up giving on the house. super understanding and food was great
