AlMack's is the best place to eat in Trinidad! and quite honestly the only place we out at consistently! Best blueberry pancakes you'll ever have and if you are lucky enough to land on a donut day...consider yourself blessed. Alex and Hannah work extremely hard to bring a creative, delicious n savory menu that will treat your tastebuds to a Southern Colorado adventure you didn't know was waiting for you...and if staying overnight in Trinidad, you'll be coming back the next day for another fix!Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options and all are deliciousParking: Commercial Street has plenty of parking

Stopped in for lunch on our way to Albuquerque. So glad we did! Clean, bright, happy vibe. My daughter & I shared the special sandwich, Chicken-Bacon-Ranch. Hubby had one of his own. Sandwich & fries were both perfect. Don't skip the giant chocolate chip cookies in the case by the register. And our serve Emily was top-notch. Highly recommend.

I've eaten at AlMack's twice with friends (a breakfast and a lunch), and we all had a great meal both times. I really like the black bean fritter. Friends loved the fried chicken, spicy chicken sandwich, and the biscuits and gravy. They kept our drinks topped off, and one of the owners checked in. So glad they were able to expand out of the food court!
