I was with a team of volunteers here in the Trinidad area. I was responsible for supplying breakfast for a team of about 40 folks. All of the volunteers loved the handheld breakfast burritos. From a service perspective, Heidi was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great and friendly staff. Food is well worth the short drive off the interstate. Coffee was fresh and hot. Pancakes were fluffy and cooked perfectly! The omelet was sooo good! Huge portions for a great price!

I wish I had pictures to share. This place was phenomenal. We were passing through Trinidad and stopped in for coffee and breakfast l. Husband got the ham and cheese omelet. It comes with a health helping of hash browns and 2 pancakes. It looked amazing and was delicious he said. I got the smothered burrito. 🤤. It came with a health serving of hash browns as well. Yall… it was scrumptious. The coffee was even perfect. Very clean place with big portions. You won’t leave hungry. The owner was an absolute delight. They also have huge cinnamon rolls, I saw her icing them with a homemade icing. If I wasn’t so full we’d of gotten one to share. The menu has something for everyone. 10/10 will definitely go back.

Rather primitive. No special coffees, only „normal“ one from the Coffee Pot. Also no (fresh) juices, no avocado etc. Really only a very simple breakfast. Waitress was extremely rushed, no hello, no smile, just „Water or coffee“? Before I could reply and ask for carbonated water, she had already moved on. Asked another lady for the WiFi password, as the reception was bad in the restaurant. She said she would ask, but didn’t follow up with me. When I asked her a few minutes later, she just said she doesn’t know it. Ordered another carbonated water, but they brought a normal one. No place I need to visit again. The bacon however was excellent and the prices are absolutely fair.

Great place for breakfast, seemed it was all scratch made. Food was plentiful, wish it was closer to lunch as the homemade pies looked wonderful. Googled breakfast in Trinidad and this popped up. Off the path a few miles from downtown but we’ll with the stop.
