“I was with a team of volunteers here in the Trinidad area. I was responsible for supplying breakfast for a team of about 40 folks. All of the volunteers loved the handheld breakfast burritos. From a service perspective, Heidi was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone!“

“The food was delicious and it was a bonus to get to have a conversation with the owner/cook. We were able to get the history of the place, which was cool. The homemade hushpuppy, which was the size of a cue ball, was amazing. Everything is pretty much made from scratch.“

“This place is a part of a new food mall in Trinidad, Colorado. There is a variety of food booths, everything from burgers, ice cream, coffee, to a full bar. Cool place. I did not eat at this place, my brother and his friend did, it looked fantastic, huge portions! I ate at another food bar for vegan and gluten free options. We were all happy we tried this food mall out!
Dietary restrictions: I ate in the m2 booth and they had vegan and gluten free options. Not extensive, but they had a couple of options.
Kid-friendliness: Families were welcome!“
