Tried placing an order through the app( which I have done before); the payment portion was not working so I called the store, and explained to the guy who answered what had happened (& to make sure the order didn’t go through) the guy stated pretty rudely that he wouldn’t honor online or app coupons. I said that was fine; he then asked if I still wanted to order so I said yes and gave him my order; he said it would take 25 minutes (when the app stated it would be 12-15 minutes)

I placed an order using the Domino's app. the app charged my bank account and never sent the order to Domino's. when I called the store for some kind of resolution the manager on duty Troy did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. instead he insinuated that I was a liar.
