I placed an order using the Domino's app. the app charged my bank account and never sent the order to Domino's. when I called the store for some kind of resolution the manager on duty Troy did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. instead he insinuated that I was a liar. I went to the store so that I could show them that my card was in fact charged almost $30 again Troy made zero attempt to rectify the situation. instead insinuating again that I was a liar and that he was going to call the police on me. finally he called the general manager refuse to let me talk to them or give me contact information to voice my complaint. the general manager instructed him to make my pizza but he was being rude and belittling the whole time so I left without the pizza. thankfully my bank refunded the funds. do not patronize this store. they're rude!

10.00 pizza . Itwas fast service, clean. Water or pop almost 3.00 EACH had to go to wendys for a 1$ pop. free WATER. Not fun.. could have FREE WATER. 1$ drinks.

June 20th I ordered 3 items to be delivered. When I received them 2 items were incorrect. I was unable to catch the delivery driver so tried calling the store. I tried many times and never received an answer. I reordered the 2 incorrect items again and when ready I went to pick them up. The delivery lady was nice and going to help but a man with black hair butted in and told her he would handle it. The guy with black hair demanded as to why I did not bring the wrong food back (anyone who has worked in food knows it gets tossed), called me a liar about getting wrong food and about calling. He then asked what I wanted them to do and I stated again how I had reordered the items and just wanted my food. He got the food, still told me a total, which I said again I just wanted the correct food that I had paid for. He did finally give me my food, no apologies, no "have a nice day", nothing. Haven't been back since, and we used to order weekly.
