This place is an absolute gem in Colorado. Super welcoming vibes with great food and service. The owner made my day and was so kind to my daughter and I, huge shout out to this place for accommodating a large party of 8 as well with ease. Thank you so much for our souvenirs, we will surely be back.

If u r ever passing thru this area… be sure to spend some time in Trinidad. Cute little town, cute down town area. Good place to stretch ur legs and this restaurant is a great place to get a bite to eat and have a drink. Staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

This place has a fabulous owner who treats every guest as family! The food is to die for- or worse- go celibate for. You gotta get The Maple Bourbon Brussels Sprouts. Try the specials, you can't go wrong with Truffle Fry's. OMG! Will drive 4 hours from Texas for these Fry's & Sprouts!
We ordered the tavern bistro burger and fish and chips. First off, a couple came in after us and received an appetizer and their meal before us. They had finished eating before the waiter came and told us that “the kid dropped your sandwich” so we waited yet more time but less time than we waited before even getting it having to “remake” the burger. It came out flat and not in the shape of a patty. It had absolutely zero taste. Ate less than half the burger. My husband’s fish tasted oily and like it was bought frozen from the local grocery store and did not even taste like fish. The waiter did take our drinks off our tab he said because the food took so long but the food was absolutely disgusting. Would have rather walked out than ate this food. Ever since we left we had indigestion and feel like we are going to be sick.
