My husband picked up breakfast, for the past few days. Twice my Mcgriddle is thrown in my bag with wrapping around it not closed or wrapped. Yesterday, the person who handed him our bag, was rude. Has to be the worst McDonald's I'VE been to around the country! Ilove their breakfast, but, may want to rethink my on-the-road choice!

The night manager majority of the time sits on his phone, or yells at the same shorter man threatening to throw stuff at him. The food is decent but listening to him constantly yell isnt the best thing to listen to while waiting the extra long wait

At 3pm every table was dirty. I wanted to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating and after 5min and 6 employees made eye contact and ignoeed me waiting by the register, I was finally let in. Not great.

Horrible. You ask them not to put onions on a burger, so they make sure to melt them into the cheese between the patties so they cant be removed. Cold fries. Frozen coke never works.. Horrible location

It's typical McDonald's, sometimes it's amazing but it usually pretty mid
I'm assuming it's the owner, but there's a lady in there occasionally that is quite rude to the employees, you can feel the tension coming from the kitchen making for a not so pleasant dining experience

Go in and have to wait 15 minutes before you're even seen. They cancel your orders after they are paid for a give a poor excuse why they can't give it to you. Won't be going back here again. Way to screw that customer service up.

Young lady in drive through this morning needs to learn customer service skills and how to be courteous to people, and she still messed up my order after repeating it several times. Came through at 10:15

The people were extremely kind and helpful. They have quite a bit more safety rules than I am used to, so it was an uncomfortable visit. We ordered 2 sandwiches while one was made correctly, and the other wasn't. While they can't really do anything about policies, making sure to double-check orders and procedures before handing food out would make it a more pleasant experience.
