I know mcdonald's isn't me number one go to for coffee but this was absolutely terrible coffee. It tasted sour and had an absolutely pungent odor.

Terrible service, we were the first to arrive and the last to receive the food, then we went to complain because we lacked food and I ordered a snack wrap and it was half the size of a normal one. And every time we were going to say something, the employee looked at us with a bad face.

I went here and I ordered only nuggets from this McDonald's and they gave me the complete opposite order and I went to go inside after online said that their lobby was still opened to get my order and the doors were locked but yet someone was sitting in a booth on the inside and who I believe is the manager was rude to me when I said that her worker gave me someone elses food and she called me sweet heart which offended me especially for my age. overall this McDonald's food service and atmosphere are nasty rude everything I wish something wouldn't be. Plus, when I went to get in line to go get my food it was so long and slow that I just ended up leaving because I was sitting in line for 30 minutes. Again overall, I wouldn't recommend going to this place it sucks all around.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They were out of fries, and they didn’t tell us prior to ordering. Just gave us hash browns instead. I asked if they could substitute something else, I was simply told no, even after spending $56 and receiving no fries. Then went into the bathroom to find it overflowing with trash, including a dirty diaper and used tampon on the floor. 🤮

The place is messy. All of the tables were dirty, the trash can was over loaded, and when asked to clean a table no one came. A woman asked an employee to open the bathroom door and he I’m ignored her. Maybe some bad employees, maybe it’s just a day to slack, but in a busy restaurant around Christmas they should really be better.

Kiosk menu did not match the total for each meal on the order screen, we asked for receipt to verify charges, they did not give us one when handing food at drive thru. It was a strange interaction. $24 for a #8 and a 1/4 w/ cheese meal - no extras. Very suspect interaction….

We’re on our way to spend the holidays near the area and we stopped here for breakfast. I asked to go to the restroom and they started to make faces. There are no napkins, no lids, and when we ask for sauces they got pissed off. They also took long to get my drinks out and didn’t give them to me unless I asked for them. The lobby floors were also dirty. There’s pieces of food on the floor, receipts on the floor, and sticky leftovers on the tables. Definitely wouldn’t be coming here again.

Not safe for food consumption. I got terrible food poisoning from this restaurant. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting - the womens bathroom toilets had poop smeared in multiple places, no toilet paper, no soap, enormous piles of trash surrounding the trash cans, mostly dirty diapers, and urine and trash all over the floors. I spent all night vomiting violently and having diarrhea before going to the hospital where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. The nurse I had told me she got food poisoning from the same restaurant in September. I would strongly suggest you avoid this place.
