“Excellent food and super friendly owner! Couldn't believe we found this vegan gem in the small town of Trinidad. My girlfriend is celiac and the owner of this place happens to be gluten-free as well, so they had plenty of options for her. They use a lot of locally sourced ingredients and appear to make everything from scratch. Only positive vibes here and all the plants make for a relaxing atmosphere. We look forward to eating here next time we're in Trinidad!“

He mentioned collies bakery was really good. I decided to give a look. I saw several gluten free items had to get for my wife. Including gluten free cheese cake. .my wife was in heaven!!
Then I looked further and had to have cinnamon buns. Sticky rolls. almond cousants, coconut macaroons with chocolate base, blue berry scones
All made from scratch the best ingredients
All I can say you need to come to Trinidad CO just for Collies Bakery off on Commerce and Main.“

“The young lady at the counter appeared to be the only one in the whole building, but she held it and did a great job. She acknowledged me at the counter as she was busy making delicious sandwiches. I ordered the Ave Maria I believe and it was stupendous. I highly recommend this place. She gave her all. She was amazing will definitely be back.“

“We shared a fabulous Valentines Day meal at the Sunset Bar in Trinidad last evening. The food was quite amazing. We had the Osso Bucco that was tender with an delicious sauce and saffron rice as our entree. The homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate heart cake was an explosion of pure flavor. What a memorable evening. We even met the chef who explained all of the delicious spices and flavors. We will definitely be back!“
