We ordered food in Trinidad, Colorado last night at 4:30 pm. Website said 45 minutes delivery time. At 6:30 a driver "tried" delivery to a house that's been delivered to for years. The driver didn't attempt anything. She returned it to the store where it sat for 2.5 hours. They brought it back at 8:30 pm, cold and hard. The pasta with a cream sauce is dangerous to leave out. We asked for it to be remade and they said they didn't have the ingredients. Called today and spoke to the manager who said he's going to get back to me but never did. $80 for garbage food and service. I ordered for my daughter and her family because she just had surgery. Horrible service!

There's a new manager named Eugenio He is making employees reuse pans and rags . Thank God employees are mostly refusing Huge health risk to people allergic to red sauce. If the employees refuse he cuts their hours trying to force them to quit . Trinidad Co Pizza Hut . I will never go in that store again.

Last time I ordered from Pizza Hut which was 2 days ago I redeemed my points for a free pizza and they still try to charge me for it I had to charge waived and the pizza was supposed to be on the way and they never came I got hung up on four different times by these guys they were my favorite until that happened I can't believe that happened to me

We made an online order and we received the wrong items. One of the people that ordered was so hungry they ate the wrong item. When I called the store, they told me the owners don't replace the incorrect items unless you can RETURN them. I feel like that is not good food handling. I would have taken a credit for my next order, because they made a mistake, but they didn't offer that or even apologize. Just went straight into their policy. I feel like we were accused of stealing! Do better!

This order was a disaster from the start. Ordering online would not work so after three attempts I placed a call to the restaurant. The first call I was placed on hold and after 10 minutes hung up and called again. This time I was given prompt response but the person kept messing up what I was telling them. I was calling from a hotel and three times corrected her on my room number. Once the order was placed she gave me the price and hung up. I did not get a chance to pay by card. When the order arrived the delivery person had the wrong room number so they had to call me to find out what the actual room number was. When the delivery person took the food out of the bag the ranch sauce was open and spilled on top of the pizza box. They stated let me run fast and get you another ranch but never returned. The pizza was cold and the wings were only partially covered with the buffalo sauce. Never will be using this place again.
