This little hidden treasure is amazing! The owners are welcoming, gentle and great hosts to their clients. My husband and I just stopped by the town on our way to Phoenix and we fell in love with their food and their plat wall!! 🥰💕 We definitely are coming back!

Had high hopes for this place after looking at the “Happy Cow” reviews however once I filtered negative reviews on Google I was worried but I done ordered my food.
Sadly, the vegetable curry with tofu lacked flavor.. almost like it was watered down. There were lots of veggies in it but bland flavor. For $18 I should be getting a flavorful meal with a decent portion size or at least a few more pieces of bread with it. I didn’t even finish my meal.
Out of all three meals you see in the photos, the jack fruit bbq sandwich was the best. $18 for that too though.. that’s a $12 meal at most.
I spent $25 total with my peach tea, which was the best thing out of my purchase, and I left hungry and disappointed.
The cinnamon rolls were pretty good.. they cost $8 and are small. I tried a bite and thought the rolls could use more cream cheese icing / cinnamon to balance out the bread-to-icing / cinnamon ratio.

Not every dish here bursts with flavor — for example, the curry and the stuffed sweet potato were fairly mild. However, the sloppy joe and the cinnamon roll were absolute standouts, both a solid 10/10 in flavor. Prices are a bit steep for the portion sizes, so value could be better. Overall don’t make a trip here just for the food only if you cannot find other vegan places.

WOWWWW!!! 🥲☝️🌞🥰🪔🥳

Followed the smells of the Ayurvedic tradition down the block from the Pet Thrift Store and DID NOT regret getting served kindly and eating the delicious organic vegan food they serve!!! I also bought a handful of cool beverages for now and later; some pretty amazing canned black peach tea (slightly sweetened and amazing), a sparking apple Izzy Soda, a LARGE size Coconut water (they have 5 flavors but I chose plain over mango or pineapple)!!
If you bring your own cup for a beverage you get 10% off for not going single use (I’ll bring mine next time) and if you bring your receipt from Faragosi Farms Organic Forest Floor dispensary, you’ll get 10% off, too, and visa versa! 🤓🪽

The daughters that painted this beautiful living tree on the wall have great talent!!! I was attracted to the smell of the food and when I entered was greeted by the beautiful tree of life and Mr Ram who runs the place, it seems, and found instantly another space that feels much like home. 🥰

Come for the food and drink and leave feeling spiritually full (Ram is an Ayurvedic Nutritionist Practitioner as well as Yoga Teacher who also runs First Sunday of Every Month 5 PM meditation 🧘‍♀️

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting! While waiting on our food we got to sit and work on the community puzzle. Great service and healthy but scrumptious food. We had: stuffed Sweet Potatoes with tofu, falafel pita, cinnamon roll and apple pie!!!

This is without question the most delicious, wholesome food in Trinidad!

From the homemade flatbread to the amazing baked tofu, everything on the menu is fresh and delicious.

If you're looking for a meat substitute, the BBQ jackfruit is as good as any pulled pork I've ever had.

The small cafe interior is welcoming and full of plants! I cannot say enough about this amazing restaurant.

The food was great! We ordered Grounding Roots, Roasted Roots, and the Bliss Bowl with falafel. They also provided our dog with water. If we’re ever back in Trinidad, we’ll definitely eat here again.

This place is a gem in Trinidad! I love their soups and jackfruit wrap. The only time I’m disappointed is when their closed.
