We were lucky enough to find this place on our way to Colorado Springs from Dallas. We were immediately greeted by positive vibes, beautiful plants, uplifting art, and some of the best vegan food we've ever had. Almost halfway between Colorado Springs and Santa Fe, Trinidad showed up soon after we'd begun thirsting for coffee better than the dehydrated tar at I-25's gas stations. Arriving 9 minutes after the close of the fancy place that came first in online search, we just aimed for Main Street and turned left. Saw a couple sipping mugs right away -- and AHHH, Jeremiah's creamy cappuccino and Sita's maple-pecan muffin were the best that whole weekend!
My dad came into town and we always go to the vegan restaurant here. The barbeque jackfruit flatbread is crazy good! I will crave it for days after visiting. You can tell they have a level of pride for the food that is not found everywhere. So glad we have this gem in Trinidad!
