This is easily the best taco bell I've ever been to. Every time I drive between NM and CO I make a point to stop here because it's worth it. Get a chicken item from the Taco Bell menu and you will not be disappointed!

I honestly don’t know where customer service has gone. I pulled up to the drive-thru, gave my order, and whoever was on the other end mumbled something and then completely stopped responding. I sat there for 3–4 minutes with no acknowledgement at all.
So I drove up to the window and told the girl working there that no one ever took my order. She just said, “That’s too bad, we don’t take orders at the window. Have a nice day,” then shut the window and walked off.
I called the store and got the manager on the phone, and he couldn’t have cared less. I explained what happened and he basically said the same thing—“tough, we don’t take orders at the window”—and didn’t even bother to come talk to me in person.
Great customer service, Taco Bell. Maybe start reading your customer reviews and you’ll understand why this location is sitting at 3.2 stars.

This is the most incredibly rude establishment I’ve ever been to! They left their doors unlocked, so I came in thinking they were open and they chewed me out royally, it was 9:30 in the morning and when I found the doors open, I just assumed it was open. They made it out to be that I was like some kind of criminal for coming in!! I will never visit this place again. OK, I got weak and I visited this place again. I observed an employee yelling at a customer. I tried to back out of the drive-through lane, but I was trapped, so I went ahead and ordered, big mistake!! The food tasted like it had been scraped off the bottom of a bowl from the night before, it was truly ghastly.

Convenient location, closest Taco Bell to Raton, NM. Drive thru service pretty quick, but they close really early for a Taco Bell. Food is decent, can't really expect too much.
Ordered a quesadilla and it looks like a burrito, it's messy and not what I was expecting. I spent over $40 I would like my food to come as shown. Customers service was awesome just had a problem with my quesadilla. I can say they were extremely faster than before so that is another compliment.

Im not a taco bell fan, but wanted sonething quick. This place was nasty. The new girl was being thrown everywhere to help. Hey. At least the employees were friendly. Poor people having to work in such conditions

Ordered three regular beef tacos and there MAYBE, just MAYBE, one teaspoon of beef on each one. I literally ate lettuce tacos. This occurred around the first of July 2025. This place needs to shutdown or fix there issues. Pathetic!!!!
