A decent sandwich in a casual setting at a value price. The staff was friendly but because this also serves as a tshirt and gift shop service is a bit slow due to the workers having to pull double duty. The store seemed a bit. dusty and dirty during our visit, but could have been due to the season and the fact there was a street festival happening at our visit and the in and out foot traffic was heavier than what I'd guess is usual. Overall I can recommend as a solid, reliable option for American standard sandwich fare.

My husband and I just had lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Co-Owner Michelle not only took our order but described the careful ingredient sourcing, plus some of the building’s colorful history. And the food was amazing! I had the turkey pesto panini and my hubby had the Gouda, apple, ham panini. So full of flavor, crunchy on the outside and wonderful melted cheese in every delicious bite. The drink choices were stellar too.
The gift shop has a nice interesting variety plus the expected Colorado Tees and hats.
It was a great break as we were just traveling through (were able to park truck and trailer behind buildings across the street). We will remember and return!

And the food was amazing! I had the turkey pesto panini and my hubby had the Gouda, apple, ham panini. So full of flavor, crunchy on the outside and wonderful melted cheese in every delicious bite. The drink choices were stellar too. The gift shop has a nice interesting variety plus the expected Colorado Tees and hats. It was a great break as we were just traveling through (were able to park truck and trailer behind buildings across the street). We will remember and return!

I’ve been picking up DoorDash orders there for a while and it always smells so good, the diners are always happy, the owners are really nice, but only got to eat there yesterday. For those who don’t know me, both my parents were raised on Long Island, I was born in lower upstate New York, I was raised on a certain quality sandwich. That being said, their Reuben was one of the most amazing sandwiches I’ve ever had! It was so good I ate half of my wife’s lol. Top quality meats, homemade sauce, grilled perfectly… They definitely have the delicate balance between the science and art of sandwich building mastered, if you find yourself passing through Trinidad, CO, do yourself a favor and stop here!!!

Really enjoyed lunch here. Excellent pastrami sandwich with ingredients that are locally made. All the other sandwiches on the menu looked great too. The lemonade was not too sweet and delicious. Will be back when in the area.

What an absolutely cool place! The sandwiches are incredibly yummy! ? The owner puts his own spin on his work and I think he's done a really great job. Kid-friendliness: Maybe not a great place for little ones free roaming. They have some really pretty mugs and things that's are within reach. It's small and cozy. great place for lunch with a few friends.
