Website says open 6am to 8pm. We called to make a to go order. The woman who answered was the most surly person I’ve encountered in some time. I didn’t know you could sound so rude while saying so little but here we are. I asked if we could make a to go order and was told they closed at 3 today… I will never eat here, and I recommend no one else does either.

From where we live, Trinidad is usually where we stay our first night when driving to CO. Tony’s Diner is for breakfast every time. Hubby and I are breakfast hounds and this diner hits the spot every time! Homemade sausage knocked our socks off! B&G, hash browns and bacon are a must and not to mention our eggs were cooked on point! Great staff, prices and parking!

Amazing he had my whole family come in on Saturday afternoon and it was amazing then we came back again for breakfast on Sunday literally amazing Tony himself even stoped out and said hi! Love how amazing the waitress were as well especially with how big of a group we were and how many kids we had
Kid-friendliness: We had a big group and we had about seven kids kind of running around. You know hard to control kiddos and the waitresses were so accommodating and Tony himself was so kind. He even came out and said hi and gave the kids a sucker.

Love the food here! Such a cute old little building. Does get a little chilly near the large windows when it gets cold out, however they have seating closer to the cooking area inside were it is much warmer. Staff are always friendly and usually pretty quick with service. You can order out and they do have a drive thru window as well.

My order was simple and both the waitress and cook couldn't get it right. Food was good. But the service is bad. Chili fries no onions and chili on the side, chili burger no onions, over the phone waitress said half chili burger no chili no onion chili on the side and chili fries no onions chili on the side. What I got was both red and green chili on the side with chili on the chili fries and diced tomatoes and diced lettuce on the burger with no chili on it. My opinion is the owner needs to spend a couple weeks interviewing people before hiring. Make sure they can follow simple instructions before turning them loose to serve people. ALSO we are never ordering again from here.

Definitely gave that old-school vibe! I enjoy eating at restaurants that have open seating. Food was served fast, hot, not a very long wait at all. Staff is nice and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and out of paper towels but no big deal. Love being able to sit down at a place as we make our trip to another state. Hope to visit here again!
