Wish I could give this place even more stars. Such a great place to eat. Honestly didn’t get to try out the other food places around the twin lakes town but sorta didn’t want to. I got to sit out side and look at the mountains from up close while eating delicious food such great views and food. Especially after Camping at twin lakes. Made such a great short vacation. Would highly recommend this place and the people there were extremely friendly loved how friendly they were

Stopped when we were in Twin Lakes. Delicious BBQ Pork sandwich and a pastrami on rye. Met cool people and their dogs too. Popular stop for hikers from the Colorado Trail.

This was like a wonderful oasis after working up an appetite hiking in Independence pass. I ordered the loaded ribbon fries. A fresh potato sliced with an apple style slicer makes the potato like a slinky or accordion which is deep fried. Some parts are crispy, while other parts remain softer. The loaded part is when the stack of tutors are topped with nacho style cheese and pulled pork bbq. The burgers and sandwiches also had some unique combination offerings. I peeked at them coming through the service window and they looked great. Amazing staff in this food truck set amongst a gorgeous back drop. Great spot!

Yeah!! Punkys! This place will take care of you & your family after spending the day in the high country. I'd recommend "The Basic" with extra self serve pickles & jalapenos. Peace.

Really love that we found this place on our road trip. The staff was really friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! My fiancé got the carnivore burger and said it was really good and juicy. We also got sweet potato fries and I have to say that out of all the sweet potato fries I’ve ever tried in my life (which is a lot) these were hands-down the best ones! Also, they look kind of salty but they’re not at all. I wish we had gotten another batch before we left. They were really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside YUM!!!I highly recommend you try this place if you’re passing by or are close enough to drive to it.
