My god this place is great! First of all, the owner was the sweetest most charismatic & welcoming guy - I could have sat in there all day listening to him chat up customers.And the food was just as warming & good! We got the cluster - which is basically a bbq bowl of goodness - and a half rack of ribs that were fall of the bone good. So Smokey and juicy! The sauce was excellent. 10/10 - will go out of my way to stop thru here again on my next trek thru Colorado!Thanks...
Our family had the brisket plate and pulled pork sandwiches with sides of baked beans, potato salad, Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. The owner made sure everyone was satisfied their meal and was very nice. Would go back again if we come back to this area.
This was one of the best experience I’ve out at a restaurant. The food was fabulous but it was the proprietor that was by far the reason this was such a good experience. While I was getting myself situated at the table I pinched my left ring figure between the cushion & the wood frame. It was very painful. Our waiter, who I believe is the owner, came to take our order I explained to him what had happened. Prior to the explanation I said I was telling him for information...
