By far the best restaurant in this part of Colorado.

Great place. I'm not even one for Mexican cuisines but this place is the best. The staff is all nice and the atmosphere is great. Serving sizes are also great; got one plate of chicken enchiladas for me and my father and we hardly finished it. Would highly recommend.

All we had were cheeseburgers and fries with a soda and the food was delicious. The building is much more interesting inside than out and all of it, including the restrooms, is well maintained.

We stopped in here for lunch a few months ago and decided to host our wedding reception here before we even paid our bill. Jessica and the whole crew were amazing to work with and really helped to make the event special. Food is great, drinks are amazing, and the prices are right. Highly recommend stopping here on your way through Gould!

Many tasty authentic mexican food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Kaya, Jessica, and Easton were so kind and welcoming to my wife and I. As campers from nearby Ranger Lakes campground it was such a wonderful place to stop in and kick back for a while! We plan to stop in again when driving to Utah on CO Highway 14!

Had no clue this place would be this good. We walked in just out of curiosity. We even had dinner back at our camp site. But we couldn’t pass up the food.

This place had good food, good drinks and great service. We had some margaritas and shared an enormous tampiquena plate. And we had to follow it up with some fried ice cream. Tomorrow morning we definitely want to come for breakfast - chilaquiles!

Lots of places to sit. Pet friendly. And plenty of parking. Full service bar.

Great find on our trip to State Forest State Park. Loved the decor and the food was terrific. Chips and salsa were handmade and delicious. The Enm
oladas (chicken enchiladas in mole and cheese) were very good!

The Howling Coyote is a hidden gem in Gould! The food was excellent, the atmosphere cozy and welcoming, and the music created the perfect vibe—fun but not too loud so we could still enjoy conversation. The drinks were spot on and hit the spot after a day of fishing and exploring the beautiful Colorado mountains. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Fantastic food! That's what matters, right? The salsa was off the charts. Chips, beans, enchiladas...everything was fresh made and tasted like it. They gave me about a gallon of perfectly brewed iced-tea and I left stuffed and amazed.

I had been driving all day yesterday and still had to go over Cameron Pass and back to Boulder. This was the last place to grab a bite. I stopped, pulled in, and sat in my truck hesitating to go in. There were five or six cars in the lot but I thought I might be walking into a Sunday evening at a rough biker bar. From the outside it was tough to say what would be behind the door.

I'm really glad I went in! Two guys down the bar were talking about surfing in Mexico where both had their own places. (I think they were lawyers or doctors.) The waitresses were both nice and funny. Only a couple of other customers were there and they were having dinner as well. Awesome meal and great vibe.

I will make it a point to stop here every time I go by. Seriously, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was cool. My kind of place. Honestly, anybody's kind of place. They are nice and they have a great chef. Big fan. Five stars for sure!

This place is truly a hidden gem in the mountains. Idk how they have such amazing Mexican food in the middle of nowhere but I'm definitely not going to complain. The service is only outshined by the quality of the food.

If you drive by this little gem you made a big mistake. Fresh salsa, mole', perfectly seasoned chicken, margaritas like you read about. The smothered burrito belongs in an upscale chef driven Denver restaurant. I have tried a lot of burritos and find the best of all in sleepy little Gould?
Yes, it is that good.
